MUSE-INGS: Awaken to Your Life Purpose

The Time of Awakening has arrived! Each of us is being called to awaken to our role in the development and evolution of human consciousness. So the question is not, ‘Do I need to evolve?’ It is, rather, ‘How can I expand my consciousness at this time?’

What are you doing about expanding your consciousness? Do you have spiritual practices in place that support you in this endeavor? And I am not talking about religious practices but the deeper spiritual practices that connect you with the greater wisdom in the Universe, like meditation or journaling or participating in a spiritual community to explore the role of the human in the expanding Universe. Do you regularly ponder the bigger questions in life?

Or are you, as so many are, stuck in dealing with the details of daily life and planning to delve into the deeper questions later, when you have time? Friend, the time is NOW.

This does not mean that you must give away everything that you own and sit on a mountaintop awaiting enlightenment but it does mean that you must metaphorically do this by realigning your priorities so that you lift your awareness beyond the mundane and into the space where the greater manifests itself. Meditation is not the end in and of itself. It is the means by which one can expand consciousness by allowing you to tap into something that is greater than the mundane energies of daily life and into the spaciousness of greater awareness. Meditation also does not mean that you must close off a part of your intellect and become mindless, as some believe. No, it means that you become so mind-full that you use more of your perception, more of who you are, to interact with what is around you.

Are you in touch with your own greatness, what I call your ‘inner splendor’? Do you realize that you HAVE a Life Purpose, a reason that you are alive today? Do you accept that you are a part of the Human Family because you have gifts to share with the other members of this community and that the others are waiting for you to share those gifts?

Accepting that what I have said in the previous paragraph means that you accept responsibility for taking yourself into the larger role that you were born to play. No one becomes a human being to sit in isolation, never interacting with another human being, paying attention only to one’s own needs as an individual and not being concerned with the community of all other human beings on the planet, past, present and future. Each person has a role to play in the constellation of other human beings and in the environment of Mother Earth that welcomed him or her into life as a human.

The time has arrived when each of us must make our commitment to that Life Purpose in a public way. Do you know what your Life Purpose is? If not, then find out. Do you feel that you would like to help the others on the planet but don’t know how you can? Find out. You don’t have to start a huge foundation but you do need to know what it is that you came here to do and to be so that you can fill the gap you were meant to fill in the evolution of human consciousness.

This is why I do the work that I do, helping people to discover why they are here [their Life Purpose] and then helping them to expand their consciousness about the ways to manifest that purpose in their business or career, their relationships, their life. The time is now and each of us must become the person we were meant to be so that all in the human community can evolve. You have a role to play in the greater scheme of things.

I urge you to embrace that role by first identifying what it is and then creating the life that allows you to be who you came here to be. You will experience amazing feelings of fulfillment, the people and the world around you will be enhanced because you are YOU, and the future will look brighter, to you and to everyone else, because you decided to BE the person you were born to be.

MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: The Call of 2012

Dear Ones,

Travel up with us to a place in the Universe that is above and beyond the energy grid of the Planet Earth so that you can gain a proper perspective on the events that will be happening this year on your Planet.

The Cosmos has been in existence for eons. Your Planet will not self-destruct in 2012. But there are people on your Planet who will, in essence, evaporate. The true humans of Planet Earth world will rise up in 2012 to decide the future of the Planet. No longer will those who wish to exploit her be allowed to continue their plans to destroy Mother Earth. No longer will these same people be allowed to destroy the peoples of the Earth. Those who have been blind to the needs of others will have their eyes opened. Those in power will be made to see how their actions are destroying the lives of others and how the choices they are making are leading to permanent damage to Mother Earth and she will stand for it no longer.

People will start to awaken to the hypocrisy of their lives. How they profess to believe one thing but their lives proclaim another. People will be made aware of the importance of community, of how all peoples on the Planet are part of the same Human Family. Those who live in ignorance and arrogance will be awakened to a greater consciousness.

And, yet, there will be those who will choose to remain in ignorance because of their arrogance. These people will become publicly identified and, for some, publicly humiliated. The Human Family will find its voice and the powerful few will lose their hold on the World.

Armageddon will really be a disarming of the Powerful Few. They will fight to maintain their hold over humanity but the evolution of human consciousness calls all awakened human beings to speak with the voice of the Community. Small communities of arrogant individuals will not maintain power over large communities of awakened and conscious individuals. The Few will no longer rule the Many.

This time of Awakening requires that each individual take responsibility for their personal development in consciousness but also for their personal part in the development and evolution of the Collective Consciousness.

It is time, Children of Earth, to wake up and to share that awakening with others. It is time to reach into your Soul and to find the Soul Purpose for which you incarnated at this time. It is time to bring all aspects of your Life into alignment with your Soul Purpose, your Life Purpose.

Be who you came here to be so that Mother Earth can support you in the sharing of your gifts with others.

This is the Call of 2012.

And so it is.

We’re here, Folks! It’s 2012 and the planet is still spinning on its axis, orbiting around the Sun. Whew! Dodged another bullet, so far. [Although our grandson, Cody, who is 13, did wrap himself in aluminum foil so that he wouldn’t evaporate at midnight on New Year’s Eve. Not sure where that came from!]

This is a big year for Planet Earth. In Numerology, 2012 is a ‘5’ year, a year for big changes. [2+0+1+2 = 5] And in January we all think about the changes we want to make in our lives but somehow New Year’s resolutions don’t always last beyond New Year’s Day. [I saw a poll during the Tournament of Roses Parade where over one third of respondents said they had already broken their resolutions, and that was on January 2nd!]

So how about making 2012 the year that you will explore change, embrace change, and make meaningful changes when they seem appropriate to your Life Purpose? That helps you to lead a conscious life, always on the alert for ways to expand your own consciousness and seeking ways to fulfill your purpose. As far back as the time of Socrates it was taught that examining one’s life is extremely important, to the point of making life ‘worth living for a human being.’ And, yet, in the 21st Century, we seem to have become so involved in being busy that it is difficult to pause and ponder. What does it really mean to examine life?

For one thing, I believe that we must be constantly aware of the choices that are before us all the time. An unexamined life creates a false impression that ‘I have no choice’ but that is truly never the case. There is always a choice. It might not FEEL as if there is a choice but that is because we are making a decision based on what we feel, think and believe about a situation. It might be because the alternative before us is so abhorrent that we cannot imagine making the choice to do other than the path we see as the ‘only way.’ But we could choose something different even if the consequences were unacceptable.

Many clients come to me with seemingly impossible choices that they face and they ask for guidance in making decisions about those choices. The answer is often not ‘this or that’ but, rather, ‘how can you find a way to have both?’ That is, they can move from ‘either-or thinking’ into ‘and thinking’ and the solution presents itself. But what we believe about ourselves and our world often prevent us from moving into the higher space where the solutions live.

I remember several years ago, after one of my favorite Christmases of all time, I was facing a Christmas without any family except my husband. I was very depressed about the prospect of not seeing our kids or grandkids or the rest of the family during the holidays. The Christmas before we had had a magical time when all of our children and grandchildren were together for Christmas, ‘Santa’ came to our house on Christmas morning to deliver a kitten and a Buzz Lightyear toy, and we had time to relax and be together. And then everyone had moved away and we were going to wake up on Christmas morning without any family to share in our day. We were even going to be visiting with the grandkids just before Christmas because Richard had a business trip to their area, but the trip was to end just before the holiday and we were scheduled to return home to the empty house. My belief was that we had to be ‘home’ for Christmas, no matter what my heart wanted. But it finally occurred to us that we didn’t have to leave when the business trip was over. We could stay in the hotel, be with the family, and celebrate Christmas the way we wanted to, even if it was not at home.

We had an amazingly wonderful holiday that year! We cooked Christmas Eve dinner for 19 in our Residence Inn suite kitchen. We had a little tree from the drug store and a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed our extended family, missing only 1 son and his wife that year. But it took a huge leap in changing beliefs to allow that magic to happen when the closed-up, depressed thinking was keeping the possibility from presenting itself.

You can change your beliefs. You need to, however, first examine how your limiting beliefs are affecting your world. What negative thoughts are generated from these limiting beliefs? Fortunately, because I have the tools to help other people examine their beliefs and thoughts, I was able to use those tools for myself and find amazing possibilities that turned into realities for myself and my family.

When you choose to live a conscious life, you allow yourself to constantly be examining how the circumstances of your life are the result of your thinking and how you can change your thoughts to change your life.

MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: Is Personal Growth Work Really Important?

Dear Ones,

In your personal energy field there are many levels containing different vibrations and these levels are all controllable by you. But, first, you must become aware of these levels so that you can become conscious of what is happening at each level.

The densest energy, that is, the lowest vibrational frequency, occurs in your physical body. Here you are acting at the level of the human being, the one who became human by taking its first breath of the atmosphere of Mother Earth at birth. The vibrational level of your human body can pull down the other energy bodies if it is operating at too low a level. This is why you must pay attention to your physical body if you would lead a conscious life.

The next densest energy happens at the emotional level, as your emotions are generated by feelings and occur within your physical body. They are also stored in your physical body as well as the energetic emotional body so you must be careful to fully experience your emotions in order that you might complete them and, thus, avoid storing unfinished emotions in both your emotional body and your physical body. This is why you must do your emotional personal growth work always so that you are not being affected by unconscious energy from unfinished emotions. You cannot live a conscious life if you are holding onto unfinished emotions.

At the next level your mental body is vibrating at the frequency of your thoughts. This is where you begin attracting other energies into your bodies through the vibration of the thoughts that emanate from your mental body. What thoughts are you projecting out into the Universe as your magnets? What level of consciousness do you choose to inhabit with your thinking? It is very important that you examine your thoughts, your thought patterns, your habits, your unconscious ‘control center,’ and constantly monitor your speaking patterns and habits to learn what thoughts they reflect. Becoming conscious of the vibrations of your thoughts leads you to take control of your life in a very powerful way. Control your thoughts and you control of the direction that your life will take.

Your spiritual body is the place where your deeply-held beliefs manifest as vibrations that can soar to the highest levels. It is at this level that you connect with Source Energy in the Universe. What do you believe? About yourself, the cosmos, your place in the Universe, your Life Purpose, the meaning of your life and existence on Planet Earth? Beliefs exist within you as if they are ultimate Truth that cannot be changed but that understanding is not true. Beliefs are embraced because they are offered and accepted, constantly being available to examination when one is living a conscious life. How often do you examine your beliefs about your world and your life in it? This is perhaps the most important work that you can do – to examine your beliefs and to ask if you wish to continue believing that which you discover. Changing your beliefs allows the vibrational frequencies of all the other levels to be raised accordingly. The powerful effect of working with yourself at the level of what you believe can make profound changes in how you live your life.

The personal work of examining these levels of yourself is an ongoing process, not something that you do once and forget about. If you choose to live your Life Purpose and to live a conscious life, then you will be examining your physical health, your emotions, your thoughts and your beliefs regularly to keep them consistent with your evolution as a conscious human being.

Find the process and support that keeps you in the mode of examining yourself and your life so that you can continue to grow in consciousness and live a conscious life.

And so it is.

Here’s a great New Year’s exercise for you – make a list of your top 10 Values and then number them in order from highest priority to lowest. Then examine 2011 for how your values match the time you spent during the year and plan 2012 based on devoting time to your top values. You might be surprised at the results!

This is how we decided to move back to Maryland – we decided that our highest value is FAMILY and we were not living near any family. So we are back in Maryland, and here I am with the Grandkids!
