CepheidHappy Holidays 2013! And Happy New Year 2014!

As we celebrate the end of a year and the beginning of a new year, reflecting on the past year is a good way to gain insight that can help us create the 2014 of our dreams.

I’ve selected (actually, been guided to share) some excerpts from articles in theMuseLetters throughout 2013. You will see that they are not in chronological order but they put together a story about moving forward, through blocks and stuck places, into being who we were born to be. (Watch for the article next Wednesday.)

Are you ready for a new year to begin? Are you ready to leave the old year behind? Have you learned from 2013? Do you know what you desire for 2014? And are you willing to commit to being/doing what it takes to make 2014 the year of your dreams?

All of my clients are moving excitedly into a new year full of promise as they look over the growth they have experienced in the past year. It’s affirming to notice how far you’ve come when you do this kind of backward glance. And the hope for the New Year is based on the solid evidence of the growth and removal of blocks that has been occurring up to now.

My New Year’s wish for you is that you, too, will look back over 2013 and see where you have grown. That you will look ahead to 2014 with excitement about the possibilities awaiting you, both expected and, as yet, unrevealed. Is this the year that you will finally get those blocks unstuck? Will you examine and erase the old tapes from others that are playing in your mind? Will you embrace the potential of new beginnings and leap forward along your path of personal growth? My hope is that you will say ‘yes’ to these possibilities for 2014.

Remember that I am here to help you on your journey. As a private client, you can work through those blocks and stuck places and identify the opportunities/possibilities that 2014 holds for you. In the group programs, you can work with me and others to see the possibilities that you might be missing on your own. Either way, these programs are a great way to identify and take action on your next step!

And on Saturday, January 25, 2014, either in person or via video conference, you can join me in thePossibilities Playshop: Create Your Guidebook for 2014! In this one-day event you’ll get together with others to learn to clear the path to a wonderful New Year, contact your guide(s) for the year and learn how you will receive messages from them throughout the coming months. You will have a chance to practice some exercises to help you grow and leap forward into opportunities. And you will have FUN!!! Save those magazine pictures that you’ve been pulling out (or start now!) and know that this is not a ‘vision board’ exercise – pull any images that speak to your heart and don’t worry about why they do that. (The date is selected to be just before the Lunar/Chinese New Year and we’ll be working with the Moon Cycles for 2014.) Save the date!

Greetings, everyone! I wrapped up the year of work Saturday evening with a celebration of the Winter Solstice. And we received a wonderful message from The Divine Feminine. The message addressed 2014, the energies we can expect and the arc of the entire year with guidance on how to live consciously. People attended both in person with me and from around the country by video conference. It was a wonderful evenings with lots of information for everyone.

Star AngelHappy Winter Solstice! [Here in the Northern Hemisphere.] Saturday, December 21 is the shortest day and the longest night of the year. I hope you are planning to honor the Solstice and enjoy the energies of this longest night.

We’re celebrating this time of reflection by sharing with you the Solstice Satsang with Rosemary – Teachings from Many Dimensions at no cost! We are getting ready to ‘hibernate’ for the Winter, a time to go inside and reflect, review, revise, re-evaluate. On Saturday, January 25 we’ll be hosting a play-shop to help you access your intuitive guidance for 2014 and develop your personal guidebook for the year. I have a lot of fun activities planned for the full-day event and it will include some meditation exercises to help you develop tools to use in the coming months. We’ve scheduled this for the Lunar New Year period [Chinese New Year is January 31] so you’ll be learning about using the Cycles of the Moon to help you with the energies of 2014. You can join us in person in Maryland for the day or from your home via videoconference. THIS is why I’ve asked you to start saving pictures from magazines! But we won’t be doing the standard ‘vision boa rd’ exercise – this will be more fun!

Save the date! I’ll send you more details later. And if you can come in person to spend the day with us in our home, we’d love it! The perfect way to reflect on the New Year for yourself.

We’re going into holiday mode for a bit and spending lots of time with family as well as just relaxing around the Christmas tree. We’ve streamlined the holiday traditions to be more about the people and less about the presents. Take care of yourself over the coming weeks. Enjoy your alone time. Enjoy being with others. Find someone to help. Ask someone for help. It’s all good.

May you and yours be surrounded by laughter and love and joy. May your smiles be the most contagious they can be. May the Light of the Sun bring a brightness to every one of your days. It is my heartfelt wish that this Yuletide warm your heart and gladden your spirit.

NGC-2074Happy Holidays! I love this season. So much going on, so many fun activities and people to see. And I love taking time out of busy-ness to focus on relaxing, looking inward, getting ready for the coming year.

We’ve had so much guidance about what to offer in the coming months that I can hardly wait to reveal it all! Not yet, though. Soon.

The Full Moon on Tuesday, December 17 at 4:28 AM Eastern Standard Time invites us to release our old patterns as we get ready for the very special energy of the Winter Solstice on December 21. What has been holding you back from living your richest life? What do you need to ‘get it together’ for 2014? Release the blocks so you can move forward. Clear the limiting beliefs that don’t belong in the new energy of the New Year! Now is the time.

In these times of overwhelm and scattered energy it is even more important to assess where we are and where we are going. Everyone is focusing on end of year matters – finances, taxes, getting things done. Then many of us make New Year’s Resolutions to start on January 2 after the holidays. The percentage of people who break those resolutions before January 31 is a very high number! Instead of making and breaking resolutions this year, how about giving yourself the gift of loving your Authentic Self? Enjoy the end of the year. Make every decision from Who You Really Are. crstal spiralDecember is here and all the festivities of the holidays have begun!I love this time of year. We attended our grandson’s 5th grade chorus concert today. There will be a lot more fun activities to attend in the coming days.

But do not lose sight of your inner work when the parties and celebrations fill your calendar! The days continue to get shorter until the Winter Solstice on December 21. After the Solstice our work is to go inside and ‘hibernate,’ do that inner work, examine our lives and our plans and assess where we are and where we are going.

In our active society it is easy to move into this season and party a lot or worry that we haven’t been invited to as many parties as we would wish. We might be overstressed about money because we feel we have to spend a lot buying gifts for others. We might be tempted to eat and drink in unhealthy ways that we wouldn’t consider the rest of the year. Pause!

Take care of yourself. Relax. Be gentle with yourself and others. We had a powerful New Moon last Monday and the growing Moon invites us to be authentic about how we feel. Don’t push yourself to ‘put on a happy face’ if it drains your energy. Be honest with yourself about ways that you used to celebrate the holidays and ask if you still feel like making those old choices. You have permission to make new choices!

galaxy roseHappy Holiday Season! After the US celebration of Thanksgiving it seems the holidays are really happening! And this year Hanukkah starts with the Thanksgiving Thursday so we’re really doing holidays now.

How do you spend ‘the holidays’? Many of my clients have big plans while some are looking forward to some quiet time, even alone time. Check out the article in today’s MuseLetter to help you understand some of what you might be feeling.

There is a New Moon on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 7:22 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. This means that the Moon is in the same sign as the Sun (Sagittarius) and the 2 Luminaries are lined up so that the Moon does not reflect the Sun’s light and appears dark in the sky. We are flooded with pure Moon energy at the time of the New Moon – a delicious, clear emotional and nurturing energy that supports us in moving forward in our lives. This is a great time to clear away the ‘old’ and accept the ‘new.’ How will you celebrate? What will you invite into your life at this time?

We’re moving into new offerings and new structures. We’ll continue to offer you a free weekly teaching in the MuseLetter and we’ll also be offering some new group activities for 2014. Ison-NovemberIt’s time to talk turkey! Here in the US, that means getting serious, but we’re also preparing to celebrate the US holiday of Thanksgiving. The usual question is, ‘What are you grateful for today?’ But I challenge you to answer this: ‘To whom are you going to express gratitude today?’

A friend asked on facebook for holiday traditions to share with the family and here’s one of ours that was memorable:

One of our favorite holiday moments was when we shared a Gratitude Ball. I started with a movie we could all watch together and wrapped it. Then added a little gift like a pen or keychain or game and wrapped that. Then kept adding layers of little things until we had many layers. One New Year’s Eve when kids all had plans to go out we passed around the Gratitude Ball each saying something for which we were grateful. Each person got to unwrap a layer before passing the Ball along. Things went very deep and meaningful rapidly. At the end they all decided to stay home and watch the movie instead of going out. Most memorable New Year’s Eve ever!

As we face the holidays, some people are really excited and some are filled with dread. This year, CHOOSE your holiday mood and bring everything into alignment with it!

This week Hanukah begins and we celebrate Thanksgiving. Christmas is in all the stores. And it’s time to start thinking about the New Year. Who will you BE in 2014?

I’m already working with my clients on defining their themes for the next year. We have some fun new exercises to get the unconscious mind on board with the client’s desires and goals. Are you ready to make 2014 your BEST YEAR YET? Let’s spend a little time together soon to get your blocks cleared now so that you can start the year moving forward!
