nebula in smcSpring is here! Change is in the air! Hallelujah! Daffodils and crocuses are in bloom in the yard. It’s a joy to be in a new place in Springtime because we have no idea what flowers will pop up for us to enjoy. I love this kind of surprise!

But I like the change in the yard from snow to blossoms! I like being able to sit on the deck and enjoy the sunshine. This is a change from the wintry weather that we have had for so long in Maryland.

This MuseLetter is going to be going through some changes, too. In the coming days, I will be inviting you to answer a few questions about how we can best serve the RosemarySpace Community. It’s time for a change, and I would greatly appreciate your comments about how you would like for us to stay connected so that I can continue to share wisdom, news and inspiration with you.

Now that we are in April we have some huge energies coming in that invite us to make BIG SHIFTS! There are 2 eclipses this month – one on the Full Moon on April 15 and the next on the New Moon April 29. In between these two dates is the Grand Cross, formed in the sky when Uranus, Jupiter, Pluto and Mars create a big cross. Wherever this falls in your natal astrological chart, you will be invited to make some big changes in your life.

Whether you follow astrology or not, the energies of this time invite you to shift into creative high gear and manifest those goals that can truly change your life. This is a big time for change! Are you ready?

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Cycling

We sometimes forget that we are constantly within a cycle within another cycle within yet another one. Life is a spiraling experience and, when we try to make it linear, going out in front of us in a straight line and looking behind us as if everything happened in a straight line, we diminish the importance of the cycles that we have experienced.

Think about the seasons of every year of your life. How many Springs, Summers, Autumns, Winters have you lived through? Each season of the calendar year brings a different energy, a different feeling to your life that year.

In Spring, life around us starts to blossom and grow. There is a newness, a freshness, to the garden and the birds and the amount of Sun’s light that we receive. The trees start to spread leaves for us. Everything is in ‘growth mode.’ We, too, are invited to grow, to reach for the sky, to blossom, to try something new in the Springtime.

By Summer, the Sun is at it’s peak and the crops are producing bounty for us to receive. The seeds you planted in your life in Spring are coming to fruition and you can watch your efforts grow.

Autumn brings the harvest, a time to reap what you have sown. Prepare for winter. Finish up projects. Gather what you need and bring it inside.

Winter brings, not only colder weather, but also a time to hibernate, not slumbering deeply like the bears, but going inside, doing the inner work, contemplating, planning, examining life.

And then comes another Spring! Rebirth, revitalization, resurrection, coming alive again!

And so the cycle begins again. But this time you have learned more, grown more, shaped your life so that you are seeing from a new perspective, a little bit greater in consciousness and understanding than last year’s.

There are many other cycles in your life. Infant/Child/Teenager/Adult/Senior. Neophyte/Apprentice/Master.

You might think that each of these represents a linear progression, a straight line through the stages, but you can be an Adult in one setting and a Child in another. [Have you ever seen a grown man go home and become like the little boy he was growing up?] You can Master one thing and be a neophyte in another.

The Moon Cycles affect us greatly because we are mostly water and, just as the Moon affects the tides of Earth’s bodies of waters, so the waters in us are affected. Do you pay attention to where the Moon is in her cycle? Did you know that the New Moon is a great time to begin something new, to invite new things/ideas/projects/partners into your life? And the Full Moon is a time of releasing, of letting go of that which no longer serves you.

When you are conscious of cycles like these in your life, you can work with the energies of the cycles to support and assist you as you grow.

What other cycles in your life can you think of? What would change if you became conscious of those cycles and planned how to use that energy instead of allowing yourself to be affected unconsciously?

If you live by the water you know that the tides will respond to the Moon, whether you are conscious or not! Decide today to live a Conscious Life and pay attention to the cycles you experience!

Galactic CenterWelcome to a powerful week! Winter is still bearing down on some folks while others are enjoying Spring weather. Here in Maryland we have both – this weekend was warm and as I write it is snowing; today “poor Richard” is shoveling again! Mother Nature hasn’t decided which season she wants to share with us this week, and she’s the one in charge.

So we started the week with a Full Moon on Sunday, March 16 at 1:08 pm Eastern Daylight Time. This Full Moon fored a right angle to the Galactic Center of the Milky Way Galaxy (the picture here is a Hubble shot of the Galactic Center!). This square ‘provides tremendous energetic support for releasing old beliefs and realizing our destiny,’ according to Stephanie Austin in The Mountain Astrologer. Why not take the time to release those old beliefs that are limiting your growth during the influence of this full moon?

Today we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with parades and green beer and the singing of Irish songs. Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day! Will you have the traditional corned beef and cabbage for dinner?

Thursday is the big one – The Spring Equinox, when the Sun moves into the sign of Aries (at 12:57 pmEastern Daylight Time) and the amount of daylight is the same as the amount of darkness. This is the first day of Spring, and many of us are cheering Spring’s arrival as we long to put away the snow shovels! Use this energy of rebirth, renewal, revival to examine where you are in your life, your relationships, your business/career, your finances. Do you need to take action to make some changes? NOW is a great time to do that, with the support of the Aries energy to start something new or to make great strides forward.

And here in RosemarySpace we are making some changes, too! We are reviewing the MuseLetter and revising it to better serve the community. And we are revising the blog schedule as well.

Sun DemiseHappy Valentine’s Day! May you be your own best Valentine today and LOVE YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY!

Today is also a Full Moon Day so watch out for Luna’s influence on drivers and tides. This is the time to let go of anything that is draining your energy or time or that is holding you back from expressing your magnificence. (And I do believe that you are magnificent!) As we get ready for Spring, and those of us in the East are looking at huge snowfall amounts enjoying the flakes while simultaneously ready for the crocuses to bloom, it’s time to get your energy space ready for the new growth of Springtime in your life. So clear those negative thoughts out of the way, get rid of limiting beliefs, finish those projects, throw away any ‘stuff’ that isn’t beautiful, meaningful, helpful or that doesn’t bring you joy. Moon energy at the time of the Full Moon is very useful in supporting this ‘getting rid of’ process!

And remember that Mercury is Retrograde, appearing to move backward, so a lot of communication-related things get messed up. Re-read your emails before you hit ‘send.’ Re-re-read contracts before you sign them. Re-view your plans and re-vise. And re-member that other folks are distracted so drive defensively!

I’m so excited about how well-received the Possibilities Playshop 2014 has been! I’m using my Playbook and have been fascinated by the synchronicities that are appearing. For example, my picture for the first ‘moonth’ is an eagle. A week after I created my playbook I was at a wonderful crystal meditation event and an eagle appeared to me and gave me a message. It wasn’t until I was getting ready to write it in my Playbook that I got the connection to the Eagle Energy this month! There’s a lot more that I can share, just from my Playbook, but I’ll save some of the stories for later. It’s been helpful to see how the themes are playing out in each ‘moonth,’ the time between New Moons. You can still get the recording of the January Playshop and create your own < strong>Playbook. I’m thinking I’ll offer it again mid-year for the Summer Solstice, rather than waiting until the next Lunar New Year. SPECIAL HEALING SESSIONS: My guides for 2014 have asked me to offer a limited number of Advanced Healing Sessions in the coming days. I have opened up some slots for these sessions and they are unlike my usual mentoring work. In these sessions I will be working with healers on The Other Side to clear blocks, remove stuck energies, bring in connections to guidance and creativity, and generally move you to a new level of Consciousness, free to advance your mission on Planet Earth. These are powerful healing sessions and I invite you to consider if you are ready to let go of what is holding you back and take a quantum leap forward. Are you tired of feeling stuck? Are you seeking support in taking that next step? These Advanced Healing Sessions will be available in person in Maryland and also to those of you at a distance. The first part of the session is my working with the healers in your energy field and then we will discuss what you need and I will connect you to your own guidance. Crab-NebHow do you like this galloping Horse Year energy? We’re still in the growing cycle of the New Moon of the Lunar New Year and it seems as if everyone is feeling this energetic push to move forward. Can you feel it?

Of course, I have to warn you that Mercury is Retrograde until February 27 so, while it appears to us on Earth as if the Planet Mercury is moving backward in the sky, there is a lot of ‘re-doing’ here on Earth when Mercury is Retrograde. Pay strict attention to details and re-read everything – emails, contracts, letters, etc. But this is also a great time to do some inner work and explore your inner self. Think about gifting yourself with a connection to the wisdom in other dimensions. There is no New Moon in February this year! So this really is a time to go inside and explore. It’s also a good time to let go of what is holding you back. Get ready for the Full Moon on Valentine’s Day, and its appropriate message is to let your Heart show you the way.

So find your Heart’s Desire! Talk about it with a trusted confidante. Invite them to share theirs, too, and support each other in manifesting your Big Dream.

The Possibilities Playshop 2014 was a good way to get started on this. I am using my Playbook and continue to add insights and thoughts as I use it to work with the Moon Cycles this year. I’m thinking that maybe we don’t have to wait until next year for the next one. If there’s enough interest I might offer one in the middle of the year to start with the following New Moon. In the meantime, we still have the recording of this year’s (and some helpful bonuses) available to help you get working with that Horse energy and manifest the Possibilities this year holds for you. We’re in for more winter here in Maryland so I’m trying not to say things like ‘Stay warm’ but, ‘Stay warm!’ Some folks in the region have experienced a power outage during this cold weather. That reminds us that there are some people who never have heat when it’s cold. Let’s be grateful for the shelter that we have this season, whether it’s the cold here or the heat Down Under. Gratitude is always in style.

We’re at the very end of Capricorn energy, the mountain goat tenaciously holding onto the side of the hill, andmoving on Sunday, January 19 into Aquarius, the water bearer – the energy bearer. The keynote for Aquarius is ‘I KNOW.’ You’ve heard of the Age of Aquarius because humanity is moving into a period where we start paying attention to the consciousness of community. This Full Moon happens at 11:53 pm in the Eastern Time Zone so it’s almost at midnight. As you go to sleep on the 15th, invite your unconscious mind to release the beliefs that have kept you disconnected from your inner essence in the past. Pay attention to your dreams that night, or to the fact that you might not remember any. That’s okay – it means your deep unconscious has done all the work for you!

Plan to celebrate the Chinese New Year/Lunar New Year with the next New Moon at the end of the month. 2014 holds lots of NEW energy for you!

NGC-2074Happy Holidays! I love this season. So much going on, so many fun activities and people to see. And I love taking time out of busy-ness to focus on relaxing, looking inward, getting ready for the coming year.

We’ve had so much guidance about what to offer in the coming months that I can hardly wait to reveal it all! Not yet, though. Soon.

The Full Moon on Tuesday, December 17 at 4:28 AM Eastern Standard Time invites us to release our old patterns as we get ready for the very special energy of the Winter Solstice on December 21. What has been holding you back from living your richest life? What do you need to ‘get it together’ for 2014? Release the blocks so you can move forward. Clear the limiting beliefs that don’t belong in the new energy of the New Year! Now is the time.

In these times of overwhelm and scattered energy it is even more important to assess where we are and where we are going. Everyone is focusing on end of year matters – finances, taxes, getting things done. Then many of us make New Year’s Resolutions to start on January 2 after the holidays. The percentage of people who break those resolutions before January 31 is a very high number! Instead of making and breaking resolutions this year, how about giving yourself the gift of loving your Authentic Self? Enjoy the end of the year. Make every decision from Who You Really Are. Enjoy the beginning of the New Year. See how 2014 feels at the start. Look at your plans and try them on as you would try on a new wardrobe in the store.

Tycho on MoonWe’re done with Mercury Retrograde for 2013 – woo hoo! Did you notice any weirdness while this planet was ‘going backwards’? Or, at least, it looks that way from Earth during a retrograde motion period. People can be distracted and papers/emails/contracts can get a bit mixed up. We had some interesting technology and email issues so I’m glad we’re past that influence.

On Sunday, November 17 at 10:16 A.M. Eastern Standard Time we’ll have a Full Moon, where the Moon is opposite the Sun and we see her reflecting a full circle of light. Full Moons are wonderful times to cleanse your crystals (you can leave them outside overnight) and you can also cleanse your house by getting rid of that which no longer serves you. This includes your interior house as well. See the Article for more about what is necessary!

This is our last week in the Sun Sign of Scorpio. What Transformation have you experienced? Use the energy of Scorpio to assist you in your evolution. On November 21 the Sun moves into Sagittarius and energy becomes more focused on intention, expansion and freedom. Are you living on Purpose?

As we’ve started doing more events here at our Center for A New Alliance we are getting excited about some new offerings starting after the first of the year! full moonHappy Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse!

Today, Friday, October 18 at 7:37 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time we experience both Lunar events. The Moon moves into the shadow of the Earth and stirs up our unconscious mind and emotions. What has been hidden that needs to be brought out of the shadows and into the light to be examined? And what old motivations and fears can we now release?

This is a potent time for all of humanity as we are being called to expand our consciousness. What are you doing for your personal growth during this week?

On Monday, October 21 Mercury goes retrograde,meaning that it appears from Earth to be moving backwards in its path. 3 times a year this happens and during the 3 weeks that Mercury is retrograde we must be very careful about messages – after all, Mercury is the messenger of the gods! Pay careful attention to papers that you sign, emails that you send and receive. This is a good time to review your spiritual progress.

The heavens are conspiring to give you great support for self-assessment this week, combining the Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse with the energy of a Mercury retrograde. How will you respond?

On Saturday, October 19 I’ll be offering Satsang with Rosemary at our new home/meeting space in Severna Park, Maryland.
