Today’s Exploration is a Mystic Message from The Divine Feminine. Enjoy!
“Dear Ones,
Roses are among the most beautiful flowers on Planet Earth and, yet, roses have thorns on them. The thorns on the rose stem are not there as punishment but as protection for the beauty and fragrance of the flower.
You are like the rose flower – beautiful to see and enticing with attracting essence of you like the fragrance of attar of roses. The thorns on your stem are the protective barriers that you have erected to prevent anyone from getting too close to your essence. The outward beauty attracts but the inner is hidden and protected.
This very human way of being in the world has led many to forget about their own inner beauty. They have become so used to the thorns that they hold themselves aloof and separate from the essence of others and even from their own.
THIS is the main problem on Earth in the 21st Century – a forgetting, an amnesia of the essence of humanity.
Many see only the prickly thorns of others and focus on the façade that others have erected as protection. Most have even fooled themselves by their own protective stances into believing that they are what they project to the world.
Nothing could be further from the Truth.
You, Dear One, are as beautiful as the most beautiful rose. Your essence is as attractive as attar of roses, which has a very high vibratory frequency. No one can take away or diminish your essence, your inner vibration. However, YOU can choose to lower your vibration, to appear to the world as someone you are not.
For you, Dear One, are the Light of the World. You hold a high vibration of Light Essence in you that only you can choose to show to the world.
Are you willing to expose yourself to the world as you truly are at your core? Or will you choose to continue to hide behind the façade that you have created to fit the model of the world that you want to believe is real?
The light within you is REAL. The world around you is the collective agreement of all of the facades that people have erected to project an image of an imagined reality.
Break FREE of this projection!
Be the REAL YOU in the world!
Allow others to choose whether or not they will stay behind their façade, but choose to reveal the Inner Light of YOU.
Be the Rose that you are and shed the thorns. The time is NOW.
And So It Is.”
Rosemary adds:
Remember that you are the Light of the World. It’s time for each of us to step up to our Soul Commitment and be the person we were born to be. We all survived the big Shift of 2012 and we can no longer hide our light from each other. Have you done the work to connect with the Inner You? Are you confident that you are manifesting your Inner Light to the world?
What are you waiting for? We’re all waiting for YOU to SHINE!!!
And we love you for letting us share in your Light. As each of us shines we invite all others to do the same. Think how great a world we can create when we are all shining as brightly as we can. Wow!!!

Dear Ones,
Beauty. How do you think of or appreciate beauty?
In 21st Century Western culture beauty is defined by pictures that are presented as the model of beauty. Men, women, children are portrayed as the ideal. To too many in the audience, however, this model means that they judge themselves to somehow fall short of measuring up to the ideal. Many see themselves and others as ‘not beautiful’ because they do not meet that ideal that has been created and sold to them.
Beauty has nothing to do with that ideal model that is presented. True Beauty comes from an open and caring heart. The person who cares about other people is beautiful. The one who would make a sacrifice for another is beautiful. The person who loves is beautiful. This has nothing to do with the outer appearance.
It does, however, influence the outer appearance. Have you ever seen a person speak of hatred, of those that they hate? Their face reflects this energy as the musculature and skin are transformed by the energy being expressed. Derision, condescension, hatred, judgment, parsimony, anger – these are all energies that create an energy field around a person’s visage and they present this energy, not the formation of eyes, ears, nose, mouth that form their face.
And one who is speaking of love, of acceptance, of peace, of appreciation – that one has a beatific expression that is created by the energy field associated with these choices. Again, it has nothing to do with the particulars of their facial features. The presentation is created by the energy of the feelings.
So there is an outward expression of the inner energy that creates beauty or ugliness. Do you want to be beautiful?
Then accept others just as they are. Find what you can love in a person rather than differences that you hate. Focus on finding ways to collaborate rather than to compete. Appreciate others and the circumstances in which you find yourself for the lessons they bring to your path of personal growth. Seek peace, in yourself, your relationships and your environment.
Create your outward expression of beauty because the energy of your inner self is reflecting love of yourself, of others and of your life. You will BE beauty and others will appreciate sharing in this energy.
See beauty in others because you see their inner heart, the innocent little one who lives there, not the persona they are presenting because they have not yet learned to feel true beauty within their being. As you carry with you an energy field of beauty you can influence the energy field around you. You can model true inner beauty of spirit and offer that as an option to those around you who do not know how to achieve this on their own yet.
Be Beauty in the world and you will learn to see only beauty around you. Smile, in your heart first and your face will reflect this. Do not return ugliness for ugliness for this does not bring you the beauty you desire in yourself and in your life.
Live as the beauty that you know yourself to be. Start with you and then share that beauty with the world. Perhaps you can change the world’s perception of what true beauty is!
And so it is.

Focus on the beauty? Not so easy to do when things are looking bleak or when our attention takes us down a rabbit-hole into the space where everything is ugly.
But have you ever noticed how, when you DO focus on something besides ugliness, you can actually feel uplifted? Have you ever been really down and had a little child come up and give you a hug? There is true beauty in that hug, even if it’s full of mud or comes with a bouquet of weeds. Or have you been feeling sorry for yourself, feeling lonely, and had a friend call out of the blue and invite you out?
We really can control our thoughts when we become aware of our power over them. We all have knee-jerk reactions to situations or problems or even joy. Becoming Aware [with a capital ‘A’] means learning to assess those knee-jerk reactions and making a conscious decision about how to act next. A thought does not have to hold us in its grip without letting go if we choose not to allow it.
Sometimes thoughts do come unbidden into our consciousness but the important thing to learn is to process the thought and ask:
What is this?
Is this true for me now?
Is it in my highest good to hold onto this thought at this time?
Unbidden thoughts often stem from our insecurities and they masquerade as the reality of the moment but we must ask ourselves if they are actually true in that moment. We can worry all we want about the next tornado or earthquake or hurricane but if the sun is shining now isn’t that what is real? Isn’t that where we can find the beauty? We can always worry about something that might happen but if it is not true in this moment then there is something else to look at, to think about, something else on which to focus our attention.
Look around you today and see if you are focusing on the thoughts that are uplifting or if you are attaching to those thoughts that bring you down, that distract you from the beauty of the day. Even if you are wrestling with a problem today, can you find something of beauty to think of for a moment? Scientists are now saying that smiling can make us feel happy – it’s not just the other way around! Try looking in the mirror when you are focusing on problems and force yourself to smile. I guarantee that you will either laugh at the way you look when you are worrying and/or laugh at the way you look when you force a smile. That single laugh will shift your body’s energy and allow the Light to come through in that moment.
That is an important shift, for allowing the Light to shine also brings with it resources that better equip you to find a solution to your problem. You are more resourceful with the Light in you than when you shroud yourself in darkness.
So go ahead and let your thoughts drift across the sky of your mind while you choose which ones on which to focus your attention. And if you need help, remember to look in the mirror and laugh a beautiful laugh!

Dear Ones,
We are pleased that so many of you are taking time to ‘smell the roses,’ as the saying goes. It is so important for the human soul to take time to enjoy beauty, to be present to the beauty that is surrounding life, and to share beauty with others.
When you are immersed in your work or your problems to the exclusion of what is around you then you are not living a fully human and conscious life. There is beauty in every moment, somewhere in your vicinity. Look for it. Is it the magnificence of the sunrise or sunset? Is there a beautiful hummingbird at your window feeder? Can you see a child’s perfect smile or hear an older person’s knowing laugh? Is there a color nearby that looks beautiful to you? Did you hear music that you love or see someone who made you smile or enjoy your pet today?
You do not have to look far to find beauty. But what if your attention is focused on what is NOT beautiful around you? What if you are struggling or looking at clutter or tired of drab surroundings? What can you do?
Do you realize that to live a Conscious Life you must be the one who chooses where to focus your attention? Just because something pops up in your awareness does not mean that you must linger with that thought or focus all your attention on it. This is the first lesson in stilling the mind for meditation. It is not that you must expend effort in trying to keep thoughts from arising in your mind, for your mind’s purpose is to bring thoughts into your conscious awareness. Rather, it is your lesson to learn to allow the thoughts to drift through your awareness without your attaching your awareness to them. Just as you allow clouds to drift across the sky, so can you allow thoughts to drift across the sky of your mind without trying to cling to them or hold onto them in your awareness. Letting go of thoughts so that they can drift through your consciousness allows you to deepen relaxation into the meditative state.
When you are not meditating, you can choose whether or not to attach your focus to the thoughts that are drifting through your consciousness. Ask yourself, ‘Is this thought that I am having the one that I wish to focus on?’ If the answer is ‘No’ then shift your focus. If you feel that this is too difficult for you to do, then look for the beauty around you. Hold the thought in your mind with the awareness of the beauty that is there for you in that moment. Allow both thoughts to be in your awareness. Can you find a way to understand, in that precious moment in time, that whatever problem you have in your focus is counterbalanced to some degree by an element of beauty that also exists in that moment for you? This is true in every moment, no matter what the problem is that you are facing.
Beauty is important in life so that you can see beyond the troublesome energies that try to bombard you. The media, the naysayers, the negative commentaries, the news – all are trying to get you to focus on something that drains your energy and takes your focus away from beauty. But you are conscious human beings. You have the ability to choose where to place your focus. You can seek beauty where other forces would have you see only negativity.
There is tragedy in the world. There are uncomfortable things to see and experience. But there is also always beauty. Watch a raindrop slide down a windowpane and wonder about Nature rather than curse the thunderstorm. When you are feeling lonely go out and smile at a stranger or two. There is beauty in the faces of other people if you but look for it.
Surround yourself with beauty in your home. Is there a peaceful place where you can enjoy looking around you? Have you created a haven of beauty that allows you to shut out the outside world? If not, create that haven as soon as possible. Use Beauty to create peace for yourself.
And remember to look for the beauty in every moment, even if it is just to look in the mirror and see the perfect human being gazing back at you!
And so it is.

MUSE-INGS: Choose Beauty
August 22, 2012 — RosemaryDo you judge yourself to be beautiful or not?
And why do we need to judge ourselves?
It’s funny, isn’t it?, that we allow the outside world to tell us what is beautiful and we can’t ever measure up to it. Even the fashion models that society says are beautiful claim THEY aren’t that beautiful if they are not manipulated by airbrushes and PhotoShop to look as they do in the ads.
I wonder when we stopped looking for beauty within ourselves and projected the search into the mirror. Have people always defined beauty this way?
When my husband and I took a vacation to Mexico several years ago, we stayed at a European resort where there was only one other American family. The rest of the guests were from Europe where their definition of beauty seemed to come from someplace other than the fashion magazines from the US. On the beaches we saw women of all ages enjoying the sunshine with their families at complete ease with their bodies, no matter what their age or dress size was! What a concept! We Americans are so uptight about how we look that we forget to be comfortable in our own skin.
I decided then that beauty is an inside job. Of course I had always heard about not judging people on their looks and I did look at the person inside. But could I apply that to myself? Could I see myself as beautiful no matter what the mirror said? And how could I project a beautiful face if I was worried about how I looked?
Now we are being guided to allow the energy of acceptance and love to decide how our face projects beauty.
Practice looking in a mirror and changing your thoughts then noticing how your face reflects those thoughts. If you think, as you go through your day, about what your face is telling the world about how you feel, you might start making different choices about hanging on to feelings that are not representing the beauty you wish to present outwardly.
Think about how we smile and coo at a cute, innocent little baby. Then think how pinched we get when we are ticked off at a circumstance or another person. Your face is reflecting this energy.
Now think about how the Dalai Lama is always smiling. He has a lot to be angry about, but he chooses happiness.
Our qigong instructor teaches about the ‘feeling state of the Divine.’ She has great access to this state and is always chuckling, like the Dalai Lama. They know something about beauty!
Commit to being beautiful today! Think thoughts of love and acceptance. Start with loving and accepting yourself. Then stay in that energy as much as you can. If you feel your face pinching up, look for the peace and love that will transform you. If you feel yourself sitting with anger or hatred, look for the energies that will put a smile on your face.
You are always at choice when it comes to which feelings you will hang onto and which you will let go of. Make the choice to BE BEAUTY in the world!
