MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: Where is True North on your personal compass?

Dear Ones,

It is a time to value Truth for yourself, for society, for the unfolding of Consciousness in the Universe.

What is your Truth? Not the truth about circumstances or the truth about something that someone else has told you, but the Truth that is the essence of You and Your Life.

Look inside you and discern what the Truth of You is today. Is it different from the Truth that was you yesterday or last year or when you were much younger? Can you see how you have grown in an understanding of Truth as its meaning in your life?

Who are you at your core? Who are you conscious of as a being on Planet Earth in these days? Who speaks through your mouth? Who thinks your thoughts? What do you believe and why do you believe it?

Living a Conscious Life invites you to constantly examine these questions, for even when you feel you have been ‘working on yourself’ you are in a spirally process of unfoldment, not in a linear exercise that will reach completion so you can ‘get on with your life.’ Rather, living a Conscious Life means moving ever forward and upward, forward and upward as your consciousness evolves and as you interact with the world around you in your daily life.

So examining your Truth is an essential part of living your Life Purpose, for who you are and how you are approaching your life informs the manifestation of your Purpose in the world. Remember that all the other people on the planet also agreed to share Planet Earth with you at this moment. Every person of consciousness is living in 21st Century Earth Society to perform the role of their Life Purpose and every other person agreed to be the classmate of that person, living their own Life Purpose and learning their own Life Lessons.

Your Truth, the essence of who you are, includes the ‘why’ of your being born. This is your Life Purpose, the Purpose that your Soul chose for you before you came into Mother Earth’s loving arms, the Purpose that you agreed to live so that others around you might have the atmosphere they need to live their own Purpose. This is your Truth.

Continue to examine yourself and your life so that you can grow in Consciousness. Every time you encounter a statement or a situation or a relationships that does not resonate with you, that does not match what your intuition is telling you is the Truth for you, then you must re-examine your experience and ask why you are in that place in that moment. There is always something for you to learn and often the experience is designed so that you can re-affirm what is Truth for you.

Do not allow yourself to be pulled off your path into someone else’s truth when it is not resonating with your Truth. You are the one who is growing and evolving according to your own evolutionary journey and your intuition is your guide along the journey. Your Truth becomes the North of your compass, always showing you the direction for you to follow. As you shift your energies, just like Planet Earth, your compass finds your Truth and keeps you steered in that direction.

Just as you would not force a magnetic compass to the ‘N’ point that you want, instead of the one it is finding through it’s internal mechanism, do not allow someone else to pull your compass needle off your Truth. This is yours.

Find the Truth within you and follow your own journey.

And so it is.

MUSE-INGS: When Life Isn’t a Straight Line

Some times life isn’t a straight line but a spiral.

And there’s a big difference between going around in circles and moving through life in a spiral. The spiral is ever rising to the next level, a higher level. And there is movement forward at the same time.

Is there a part of you that is resisting these words? Are you feeling that you must move forward in a straight line in order to judge your movement as ‘forward’?

Stop and think about this for a minute. When you are seeking your purpose in life, your meaning, and you want to know your next step, do you really want to leave behind you all that you have done and learned? Of course not. But how do you move forward if you are constantly circling back into what you’ve known before?

This is why the spiral is the perfect image. You shift up to a higher level of understanding and expanded awareness and you look back over the experiences you have had and you gather the lessons from those experiences to add to your overall understanding of who you are and what you are about in this lifetime. Then you have more experiences, more lessons but they are happening within the context of a greater awareness and expanded consciousness. This keeps the spiral ever moving upward. This is living a Conscious Life.

In working with clients I often tap into what they have been experiencing over and over again but from my vantage point above the situation we can explore meaning in a different context. The goal is to learn to step up and examine what is happening, what one is feeling, what an interaction is carrying with it, so that you can see from a new perspective the lesson that is to be learned.

With a recent client it was to see the perspective of her mother in the situation. With another, it was their child’s view that was clouded in the relationship. I also worked with a client to discover her Life School, Life Lesson and Life Purpose from a Scientific Hand Analysis and the answers helped her to understand what was going on in her life at the moment, gave the experiences a greater context.

We all want to have meaning in our life. We all want what we are doing and experiencing to somehow count in the overall scheme of things. But we can so easily get bogged down in the feelings of the moment, especially in relationships, that we play the same old tapes over and over again without making progress. This is when it is time to step up to a higher perspective, often with help, and see the situation from the place where the solutions live, rather than where the problem is the only thing you can see.

What will you do this week to step up above the problems of the week? Where will you go to find what you are seeking? How will you approach the experiences of the week so that you can see the solutions and not just the problems, enabling yourself to learn the lessons as they are presented to you?

Decide to make this a week of Conscious Living. See yourself on the spiral every day and look for the way ahead to take you to a higher level of understanding.

MUSE-INGS: Are you ready to live your Life Purpose?

When we see messages about our Life Purpose on Planet Earth, sometimes we run the other direction.  And sometimes we say defensively that we are living our Life Purpose so be quiet about it, already!  What’s your reaction?  Are you on track?  Do you feel that you know WHO you came to Earth to BE?

If you struggle with this whole idea, then ask yourself if you have developed a plan for figuring it out.  Have you done the personal growth work required to know what’s important to you and what you are holding onto that creates drama in your life but doesn’t expand your level of consciousness?  This is what I often see with clients when they are ready to do the inner work.  They’ve been living in the drama without knowing what it is that will move them forward.  They know, inside, and can often identify to me what the blocks and obstacles are, but there is a reluctance to let go.

The familiar keeps us locked in a place where forward motion is held in check by limiting beliefs and negative thoughts.  Sometimes we cling to what is familiar even though it is painful, because the fear of moving forward into unknown territory is greater than the pain we know.  But this is not how we learn our lessons – this is not how we expand our level of consciousness.

Ask yourself today if there is something in your life that you are holding onto that keeps you anchored in a place that has some pain or discomfort associated with it but that feels familiar.  Is this place really better for your personal growth than that unknown place just in front of you?  Can you make a decision to learn the lessons of today and allow yourself to grow, to move forward?  This forward motion results from your making a decision, not from outer actions by someone else.

Also ask yourself if you’ve been waiting for something to happen, or for someone else to start something.  Please understand that YOUR Life Purpose is for YOU!  Others are supporting characters in the play that YOU are starring in!  There is no play if you don’t show up.  The supporting characters are waiting to support you!  And, no, creating more drama in your life is not the same as moving forward in the play that contains your life lessons.

Use this week to lift yourself into the observer position in your life.  Watch how you move through your week.  Are you growing?  Are you making choices to move forward?  Are you looking for your lessons?  Are you living your Life Purpose?

Ask for help if you need it!  Life is precious and we are all here to learn and to help others to learn.  Participate fully!

MUSE-INGS: Do not water the seeds of doubt!

Doubt seems to have a lot of power in one’s life.  It can choke out the Light that is unfolding in you, just as a weed chokes out the life in a garden.  When we attach our thoughts to doubt we invite that energy to take us over.  Have you ever followed a path of doubt so far into the darkness that you couldn’t see any way back to the Light?  It’s easy to do because doubt in ourselves is so easily reinforced by others around us.  Sometimes it is even planted by those who are supposed to be supporting us.  Teachers set low expectations for a student who starts to believe that they will never be an academic success.  Parents compare their child unfavorably to another child and create doubt about worthiness.  Teenagers gossip about others and create insecurities in each other.  Society says we must be beautiful, rich, thin in order to be successful, and we must drive a certain car, drink a certain drink, wear certain clothes to be attractive to the opposite sex.  Who hasn’t doubted that they measure up to these rulers of society?

Doubt can be seductive in its attractiveness.  What masquerades as humility, which we are taught is an admirable quality, can actually be doubt in our merit, our own self-worth.  We are taught not to brag about our achievements or our good qualities but isn’t that a false modesty?  Why is doubt a better choice than self-acceptance and self-confidence?

In a relationship, doubt can often create a chasm between people who have not developed healthy communication skills.  One partner starts to doubt and holds back a part of self from the other.  The seed of doubt grows with every thought, often way out of proportion to the original circumstance, but once it starts to grow it takes on a life of its own.  Relationships can be ended because someone watered and fertilized a seed of doubt until it took over the whole relationship.

What can we do when we start to feel doubt?  The first thing to do is to examine the source of the doubt.  Did someone else create it or did we attach our thoughts to doubt as it arose in us?  Sometimes determining the source is all that is needed to dismiss a feeling before it attaches and grows.  If you are feeling doubt, ask yourself, ‘What is this?  Is this real?’  We often react to something that is difficult to believe by doubting that it is true, without ever taking the time to ascertain the facts.

And if you are feeling doubt about yourself, your self worth, your abilities, then look at what is behind the doubt.  Did it start in your childhood because of a belief you held at that time?  Are you believing what someone else has said about you without checking inside yourself for your truth?  Are you avoiding accepting your own inner greatness because you are afraid to claim it?  Sometimes the doubt is not about worthiness but about the magnitude of your own worth in the world.

When you attach yourself to thoughts of doubt you are moving yourself away from your own Inner Light and the source of Universal Light.  Think about the story in the movie ‘Doubt’ where people acted on what they thought they saw, or how they interpreted a situation without really ever determining the facts.  This path led to anguish in the doubters and choices all around that caused pain.

It is time now for us to commit to dispelling doubt because it doesn’t serve the highest good of all.  If you doubt that something is true, then instead of feeding the doubt, determine the truth.  If you feel that you are unworthy, if you doubt yourself and your abilities, then find a way to examine the source of that feeling and accept yourself as the Being of Light that you are.  Choose what you will believe and choose to believe in yourself.  Doubt arises only as a flag to get your attention. Resolve today to use it as such.

I believe in your Inner Splendor!  If you still have problems with doubting yourself, then just remember that!

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: Learn the Lessons and Love Yourself

Dear Ones,
What are you listening to in your Life today?  What kind of music?  What kind of nature sounds?  What kind of outside noises?  But, most importantly, what kind of messages are you ingesting in your daily Life?

If you watch a lot of TV, you are being bombarded by messages, from newscasters, from commercials, from people who express opinions that may or may not be based on fact and intellectual analysis.  Whatever you read, whether the newspaper or a novel, a non-fiction or a textbook, contains messages that are being absorbed by your psyche and often accepted unconsciously as true for you.

The most insidious messages are being accepted by your unconscious mind because they come from someone you trust, even someone you love and whom you thought loved you.  Parents are comparing their children to others with the subtle message that their child is not good enough.  Superiors at work are giving out criticisms thinking they are focusing on getting the job done but the employee is hearing, ‘I can’t do anything right.’  Teachers have a pet who gets the best grades and other students think they’re not lovable because they aren’t as academically successful.  The list goes on and on.  And sometimes the saddest case is when a life partner criticizes or ‘puts down’ their partner, implying, again, that they are not ‘good enough’ or that they are ‘unlovable.’

What messages have you embraced that are not about your inherent goodness but you believe them because someone you trust or trusted in the past told you they were true?  How many religious leaders have told their congregations that they are not worthy, not good enough?  Have you ever taken the time to examine what you do and do not believe about yourself?  Have you ever asked yourself WHY you believe some things that you believe?

Today is the day to start examining your thoughts, your beliefs about yourself and who you really are.  You are a person with a big heart.  You have a good mind.  You are worthy of being treated well, by all those with whom you come into contact.  You are lovable, just the way you are today.  There is nothing that you need to do to earn anyone else’s love.  You can give love to others.  You can figure out the solutions you need or you can ask for help, which you deserve to receive.  You have always been this way.  You have always deserved to be loved, so if Life has given you experiences that contradict this, then examine those experiences and ask yourself if they were about the other person and not about you. [They were.]

That little baby who was you a few years ago is still as lovable as he or she was then.  That baby lives within you.  If you are resisting these words today, then get in touch with that tiny, innocent baby and love it.  Grow that love up to today.  Everything you have done or been in the past has helped you to grow into the person you are today.  Accept that with gratitude.  Every behavior you have exhibited, every choice you have made, has helped you to evolve.  If you are feeling stuck, then examine your current situation for the learning that is there.  There is ALWAYS something to learn, so if you are stuck it is because you haven’t finished what you need to experience.

Forgive yourself for the choices that you have made.  You did the best you could in that moment.  Knowing what you know now you might make a different choice, but in that moment you made a choice that brought you lessons, albeit painful ones sometimes.  Forgive others.  This does not mean that you must believe that what has harmed you is acceptable and it does not mean that you must stay in relationship with people who have or continue to hurt you.  But to hold onto anger and unforgiveness harms you without resolving the issue or, indeed, having anything to do with the other person.  Forgiving others means deciding that you will no longer give them power over your own Life.  You choose now to release whatever strings they have been holding that continue to affect your Life.  Let them go to learn their own lessons – then you can be complete with yours.

Learn the lessons and love yourself in the process.  Life is really as simple as that!

And so it is.
