Mystic Messages

Mercury goes Direct today – hallelujah! Have you noticed that this Mercury Retrograde has been a difficult one? There certainly seems to have been a lot of chatter on Facebook about it! But with Mercury heading back to normal maybe our communications can get unfarbled and clearer than they have been. I certainly hope so!

We also have a New Moon happening on August 28th so we can march forward with our plans and start new things. What are you looking for in your Life that is new? This is the time to invite it in. Create some new affirmations for your desires and welcome in those energies.

I’ve been thinking about the DC earthquake as I sit safely in California while my family in Maryland recovers and then prepares for a possible hurricane. Mother Earth’s furies can take violent turns but we must wonder if she is trying to ‘shake us up’ so we can get out of our lethargy and into the action of becoming who we are meant to be. These are pretty dramatic signs that something needs to be shifted around!

By the time you read this I’ll be settled into my temporary home in LA. This is a big adventure and I am hoping to see many of you during my months on the road! The focus of my work is to help people see through the crises around them into the field of all possibilities.If you are feeling dragged down by news and circumstances, I hope you will allow me to help by lifting you into a higher vision for your life. My private clients are finding great peace and confidence when they move forward with guidance that helps them to expand their thinking and, often, they get information about specific actionsthat can propel them forward with confidence. I have watched several over the past few weeks change furrowed brows to smiles, and this is what I wish for you! [This is why I use video conferencing for private sessions – so I can see those smiles! Sometimes the phone isn’t as fun but it works.]

On Saturday, August 13th, we experience a Full Moon at 11:57 AM Pacific Daylight Time. Do your work around this Full Moon! Write out what you are ready to release in your life – it can be a long list! – and burn it safely so that you are truly letting go. I will be letting go of our Colorado properties so that the next owners can start to enjoy them – a beautiful home in Colorado Springs and 18.45 acres of mountain splendor near Breckenridge. Our thoughts are in gratitude for having been given the privilege of enjoying these gifts while they were ours to enjoy, but it is time now to release them to the next lucky people. As we prepare for our move to Maryland this Fall, we are getting rid of a lot of ‘stuff.’ It feels good to create a big bag of clothes for someone who shops at Goodwill to enjoy, to pack up books that I think someone else is ready to read, to send warm coats off to those who need them. Letting go doesn’t have to mean bringing in anything new. It is freeing to simply let go! This is what the Full Moon energy is all about. [At the New Moon we will invite in new energies so be patient for 2 weeks.]

Remember that Mercury is retrograde until August 26th so watch other people on the road, read, re-read and then re-read again any contracts that you have to sign. Check your emails before you hit ‘send’. And take some time to go inside your heart and review where things stand for you today.

I wrote my last ezine at my desk in Colorado for awhile. I will miss this beautiful view of rocky hills but I am off on my adventure in California soon.

If you listened to the messages last Fall about Tuning in to 2011 you heard that a lot of people would be moved around this year to the place where Mother Earth needs for them to be. We are being moved around. So are many others that we know. Are you? Some times it’s comforting to know that the guidance received last November/December is showing up in lives in 2011. Wait until the Tuning in to 2012 teleclasses later this year! I look forward to hearing about the energies of the coming times!

As I embark on The Itinerant Intuitive West Coast Tour next week I am excited about seeing so many friends and meeting new ones in the Western States. I will be in the LA area most of the next 3 months and will be returning to Colorado Springs towards the end of October. Then on to Maryland. When I asked our 8-year-old grandson how he felt about Mimi & Papa moving back to Annapolis he said, ‘Haaaaaaaa-pyyyyyyyyy!!!!!’ It sure feels like the right decision!

And so we’ll be on the road for awhile but I am looking forward to keeping up with you all. Mercury is retrograde [what a birthday present for us on August 2nd!] so monitor communications and contracts carefully, and watch for distracted drivers on the road. Hang in there until the 26th! This is a good time to do some inner work and clear away the blocks inside – inner communications!

Can you believe it is the end of July? I must admit that this year is flying by for me. It’s always interesting to assess Life between our wedding anniversary [July 22] and our mutual birthday [Richard & I are both August 2nd babies]. Every year I use this time to really examine what choices I am making and whether or not to continue making those same choices. I read every ezine that we create as a personal charge from the Universe to become more conscious in my own life. Kind of like, ‘Physician, heal thyself.’

And so I invite you to enter into this week’s wisdom with an open mind about examining YOUR life. Where are the fears and blocks? What can you do about them?

This weekend I’ll be exploring these questions and much more at the Rejuvenate YOU Weekend Retreat in the beautiful Colorado mountains. Even if you cannot be with us in person [this is a small, intimate group of women], I invite you to take some time this week to do a little retreat-ing of your own. Sit with your journal and write about your Life. Do the exercise that we’ve been given in the Mystic Message. I support you in your personal growth.

Our plans for the upcoming move have changed a bit as we prepare to sell our Colorado Springs home. We’re heading out to LA on a temporary basis [August – October] and then will be moving back to Annapolis, Maryland later in the Fall. The pull of Family is very strong. [I said I do a Life Assessment this time of year!] So we will be creating a home base near our grandkids [oh, and their parents!] in Maryland and will be going on tour from there. In October I plan to tour the West Coast, visiting Palm Springs/Palm Desert, San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland and Seattle. I’d love to see you! Today [July 22nd] Richard & I are celebrating our 28th Wedding Anniversary! I’m the luckiest woman alive to have had this wonderful man in my life for all these years. Happy Anniversary, Richard! Thanks for the memories and for the excitement that awaits us in the future.

In preparing for our move to Los Angeles we’re going through lots of old memories. Do you remember what you were wearing in the 70s [if you’re old enough!]? I was looking at college yearbooks and reminiscing. Nostalgia can bring interesting feelings with it. And I think, ‘How could it have been so many years ago?’ Here’s to staying YOUNG this week!
