THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “Give Away the Gifts You Have”

Dear Ones,

The energy within you, the gifts you have been given, are not for you alone.  You are meant to share your gifts with the World and especially with those who are close around you.

Do you mistakenly believe that you do not have gifts?  We would tell you that everyone who takes on human form on Planet Earth brings with them into this lifetime many gifts.  Are you not recognizing those gifts that are yours?

Start by looking at what other people value in you.  What strengths do you bring to your relationships?  What are people reflecting back to you about their relationship with you?  What are people asking you to do for them or share with them or advise them about?  The answers to these questions will bring you clues about your gifts and what they are.

Remember when you were a little child, what was your favorite game to play?  This, too, will give you a clue to your gifts.  What did you dream about becoming when you grew up?  What kind of books did you read or movies did you watch?  Can you look at your young life and see a pattern emerging that indicates what gifts you incarnated with?

The gifts you have are yours to share because you are a part of a Universal Plan that is unfolding as your entire Soul Group has requested it.  Each member of a Soul Group agrees before incarnating that they will hold a certain energy to support the growth and evolution of the consciousness of all the others in that group.  Throughout your life the contact with other members of your Soul Group may become stronger or it may lessen but you have agreed to be a part of the lessons that all members are learning.  They have agreed to help you to learn your lessons as well.

Your gifts are the parts of you that enhance the lives of others around you.  For example, one who has a gift of music must share that music and, thus, enhance the lives around them.  For you, your gift might be a gift of healing and you bring healing energy to those with whom you come into contact.  Perhaps your gift is the gift of making other people feel comfortable, and you will find that there are many opportunities along your path for you to do so.

Whatever your gifts are, make sure that you are sharing them.  If you are not sure what gifts you have, then work with someone who can help you to uncover them.  You have gifts – this is a certainty.  If you are looking for the gift of creativity and your gift is to hold the traditional form then you will not recognize or value your own gifts.  You must accept without judgment the gifts that are yours for they have a place in the grander scheme of Life on Planet Earth.  When you deny your gifts or refuse to share them then you are impacting far more people than just yourself.

Be open.  Be honest with yourself about your gifts.  Recognize, develop and share your gifts.  Your gifts are for giving to others.

And so it is.

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “Are you a ‘greedy hermit’?”

Dear Ones,

A Conscious Life demands that an individual be aware at all times of their thoughts, their feelings, the effect of what they are saying and doing on others, and the impact that every thought they hold has on the Universe at large.  One cannot live a Conscious Life while ignoring others around them nor can one choose to be a ‘greedy hermit,’ one who chooses to think only of themselves and to gather what they can to themselves without concern about the greater good of All or the impact to others.

This means that, if you wish to live a Conscious Life, then you must find compassion within your heart as you go about every decision in your day.

Compassion goes far beyond giving alms to the poor or volunteering at a homeless shelter.  Compassionate living requires constant attention to the people around you and those who will be impacted by your actions.  Are you throwing trash on the floor that someone later must bend over and pick up?  Are you expecting service from a restaurant worker and leaving a small tip or none at all?  Do you celebrate that a clerk in a store made an error in your favor on your bill, forgetting or ignoring the fact that that clerk must pay that difference out of their own pocket?

And how do you treat the people you live with?  Are you more courteous to your co-workers than to your family?  Do you excuse rude behavior at home because you are tired from working all day?  Do you have time for those who ask it of you, like a spouse or child or parent or friend?  Or are you constantly finding excuses to avoid giving your time to others who might want or need it?

What do your thoughts in a day say about your level of compassion?  When you pass someone in need, do you help or offer help or do you get angry at their being in your sphere?  What kind of energy are you sending out with your thoughts of and toward others?  How do you feel about debates in your society?  Do your decisions, about politics or contributions or choosing friends, come from a place of genuine compassion for others or do they stem from prejudices, fears, intolerances?

All of these questions can lead you to an understanding of how a person who is living consciously does not compartmentalize compassion.  When you choose a path in life that causes you to find fault with others, to criticize, to avoid interactions with those whom you deem unacceptable, according to some arbitrary criteria, then you are choosing a path away from the Path of Compassion.  You might not even realize that you are making this choice but moving through Life in an unconscious manner causes you to lack compassion because you are unaware of the needs of others.

Practice compassion in your Life.  Look around you with open eyes.  Evaluate what you are doing and thinking by expanding your awareness to all who will be affected by your actions and thoughts.  Really take the time to listen to others, to hear their hidden messages as they share with you.  Become aware of your voice, your tone, your look when you communicate with another.  Are you sending out the energy of caring and compassion or are you discounting that person?  Are you in a conversation listening to the other person or are you busy thinking about what you want to say, or what you think, or what all this means for you?

The ‘greedy hermit’ thinks only of what they want, what they think they need.  This kind of greed blocks the compassionate energy that all humans are born with.  Little toddlers will try to share or to comfort or to help.  When they learn to differentiate themselves from others they start to use the term ‘mine’ to try to define themselves and to learn where their boundaries are.  If raised in a compassionate environment, they will continue to share and to care about the feelings of others.  But if they are raised to grab all they can for themselves without regard to the consequences to others then they will learn to put on blinders and to shut down natural compassionate urges.

Model compassion for all around. Care.  Listen.  Share, especially yourself.  As you give this sharing energy into the Universe, the Universe will respond with the same kind of energy toward you.  Sharing keeps you from becoming a ‘greedy hermit’!

And so it is.

If we can all bring our focus away from what divides us and, instead, work with the energies that unite us, we can solve the problems of humanity.

The evolutionary spirit of human beings depends upon an understanding of the connectedness of all Life.  The evolutionary process did not stop when a man chose to walk upright on 2 legs, or when the hairy beast lost some fur.  We continue to evolve and the Heart-Mind Center that is appearing in Conscious Humans is another sign that evolution is still at work on the species.

We NEED this evolutionary change at this time!  We need to figure out some new ways of being because a lot of the old ways no long work in the 21st Century world we live in.  The only important question is, Are you willing to evolve or are you struggling to hold on to the old ways of being?

How wonderful that we are being given a new energy center to help us in this process.  How kind of the Universe to help us along.  Are you willing to work to develop this energy center in yourself?  What does that entail?

Loving yourself is the first step.  Take care of yourself – body, mind, spirit, energy.  Many people are going to the gym but how many are going inside and meditating?  Many people are studying or delving deeply into intellectual topics but how many are expanding their spiritual understandings?

Loving yourself isn’t just about taking a spa vacation or taking time to be entertained.  There is an active quality about loving yourself that requires that you continually move in the direction of your highest good.  What stretches you to greater spiritual understanding?  What increases the Love in you that can radiate outwardly to others?  How can you come to a better understanding of the concept that All are One?  Do you ever wrestle with questions like these?  Do you have others with whom you can explore these ideas?

It is time to find community, a tribe, a collection of people who, like you, are explorers in the realm of Consciousness and who are open to learning that previously held ideas may no longer be valid.  Do you sometimes feel that you are the only one in your community who holds ideas that are considered heretical by some?  You are not alone even if it feels that way.

Humanity is waking up.  Eyes are being opened.  Hearts are reaching out for a purer vibration of Love.  Minds are questioning longtime notions that seem to have served their purpose and no longer apply to the 21st Century world.  Every time you start to question something you or others once believed, you are joined by others who are also questing after new knowledge.  The Heart-Mind Center is the point of connection between you.  Play with this concept and explore.  Find someone to ask who can explore with you.

All are One.  Every question in you is also in others.  Find them.

And remember that you cannot shut down your evolving Heart-Mind Center.  If you are part of this community and are reading these words, then the time for you to evolve is upon you.  Reach for your highest good in all things.  Many of us are reaching with you and for you.  You are supported.  The changes that are coming will be good for you if you keep your focus on growth.

All are One.  You are never alone for that would be a violation of the Law of Nature that All are One.  Take my hand and together we can walk forward and upright.  Then we can reach out for other hands to bring them along with us.

Dear Ones,

Is your Heart-Mind Center active yet?  This is the energy between your Heart Center in the middle of your chest and your Throat Center at your throat.  The Heart-Mind Center is a new energy center that is forming in those who are moving forward in their path of personal growth.  Not all human beings are developing these Centers because they have shut down the pathways between their Heart and Mind and are not giving voice to new ideas for the coming times.

Have you ever been aware of energy in this part of your body?  Some people have talked of a ‘high heart center’ but we are speaking of a different energy vibration.  The Heart-Mind Center combines the Heart and the Mind in a new way.  For many generations of human lives the Heart or the Mind has dominated.  Spiritual students have worked to integrate the two -‘As a man thinketh in the heart’ – but we would tell you that the Heart-Mind has its own vibrational frequency and is more than a combination of Heart and Mind.

The Heart-Mind is a new way of thinking.  Through this new Center one can connect with the dimension of Consciousness and breakthrough what has limited the development of human beings for many ages.  New thought originates in the realm of Consciousness and can be grasped by those who have expanded their own understanding beyond what peoples of times before have been able to comprehend.  The Heart-Mind allows one to see beyond the limitations of old ways of thinking because the Love energy from the Heart is present in the development of ideas and thoughts and beliefs.

The New Human is evolving from a person of compassion into one who can love with detachment, understand without needing to be understood and who understands that the new compassion is born out of the concept of the connectedness of all beings, not from the idea of mercy toward the needy or the lesser beings.  This concept of the Compassion of Connectedness begins in an evolving Heart-Mind where the energies of the Heart and the Mind are not separated but are integrated and are greater than the sum of the separate parts.  Heart-Mind Compassion has a higher vibration than the charity of those who see themselves as separate from others.

And so we ask you, Is your Heart-Mind Center growing?  Are you developing your understanding that Love must be a component energy in the thoughts that you dwell on and the ideas that you share with others?  And do you understand that you must first love yourself so that you can develop this Heart-Mind Center?

Love of self is not selfishness nor is it vanity.  Loving yourself is the most intelligent thing that you can do.  Those who commit heinous crimes against others do so from a place where they cannot find the ability to love themselves.  Those who judge others harshly or condemn them are operating without loving themselves.  Many who are self-righteous are that way because they do not feel loved and cannot learn to love themselves.  None of these people is capable of Heart-Mind Compassion because they cannot love those they see as separate from their unlovable selves.

When one unites the two concepts of the Love for Self with the Compassion of Connectedness then one understands that All are One with The Whole.  Connectedness is not about many separate entities being tied together.  Rather it is that All are One with The Whole.  Unity.  There is no separation.  I cannot love you if I cannot love myself because we are One.

Too many people are focusing on differences and separation and otherness.  It is the work of those humans who are actively participating in the evolution of human consciousness to grow the energy of their Heart-Mind Centers by focusing on Love – of Self, of Others and of The Whole — and by allowing the ideas from the Heart-Mind energy to expand awareness in the World at large.

Do not worry about those who do not understand for you cannot convince anyone to believe who cannot accept the basic concept that All are One.  Spend your energy on your own journey of understanding and on expanding your own awareness.

Your reward will be greater Love in your Life.

And so it is.

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “Is your lens dirty?”

Dear Ones,

We are seeing many people who are excited about the new energy of this time but others are struggling with the old baggage of emotional drains that they are carrying with them.  The future cannot look bright when seen through the dirty lens of all the old emotions, energies, hurts and disappointments.  If you identify yourself as one who is looking ahead through a lens from the past, then resolve to clear that lens and choose to look at your future in The Light.

The way that you perceive your Life, past, present and future, is a choice that you are constantly making.  Are you focused on disappointments?  You will bring those from the past into your present and future as you look at your Life.  Do you spend a lot of time thinking about things that have gone wrong?  You will be seeking that which could go wrong in the present or the future.

Or do you think about, dwell on, remember the good things that you have experienced?  The times you have enjoyed love and laughter and fun?  Do you focus your attention on the people that you have enjoyed or that you are enjoying today?  Do you remind yourself that you are loved into existence by a Universe that wants to support you?  When you think about uplifting ideas, remembrances or thoughts you actually lift your own vibration with The Light.  And you are always choosing where to focus your attention.

In every moment you decide where you will place your attention and your focus.  Even if you have a natural tendency to focus on the dark or what is not right or what could go wrong, you make a choice whether or not to follow that inclination.  Decide now that you will consciously choose to focus on where The Light is shining the brightest in this moment.  Make that decision and you will start to notice that there is always Light around you.  Even in your darkest moments, when it seems as if there is no Light shining anywhere, there is always a glimmer of Light to be found if you but search for it.

Think about the image of a dirty lens through which you are looking at your Life.  What will it take for you to clean that lens today so that you can see a brighter future?  What can you do in this moment to notice that The Light is with you right now?  Why would you or anyone choose to dim The Light that is always shining?

That dirty lens was encrusted over time by experiences that you decided were uncomfortable or unhappy or wrong or unjust.  Your judgment created the dirt on that lens.  Every experience that you have had has carried with it a lesson for you to learn.  Every thing that you have gone through, every moment you have lived, has created the wonderful human being that you are today.  Every speck of dust on that lens has stayed there because you haven’t yet been ready to clean the lens and let it go.

Decide, right now, in this present moment, that you will look through a clean lens at what is before you, now and in every future moment.  Decide that you appreciate your Life Experiences for what they have taught you but that you do not need to carry them with you as a way of defining the present and the future.

All you have of your Life is this present moment.  Your past and your future exist in this moment only.  Limiting your perceptions by carrying the emotional residue of the past with you, or narrowing your perspective on the moments that are yet to exist because you choose not to see all possibilities, are choices that you CAN make, but do you really WANT to make those choices?

Choose to see The Light as it is presented to you in every moment.  Choose to see through a clear lens at the possibilities as they unfold before you.  Leave behind you that which does not serve you today.  Decide to Live in The Light.

You will love the energy there!

And so it is.

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “Who am I?”

Dear Ones,

How often do you drill down to the core of your being to examine what truly exists there? Are you a person who lives on the surface of life or do you linger in the depths of emotions but avoid the in-depth analysis of who you truly are, your essence, in the center of your being?Let us help you today to examine your essence.

Many of you live in a busy life that leaves you little time to ponder the meaning of events, feelings, your life. Many others of you spend a lot of time pondering your life, or what’s missing in your life, and you avoid or put off actually living your life to its fullest. And some are trying to do both and feeling paralyzed by life. How do you interact with your life and yourself in your life?

If you can pause in your busy life, whether it is filled with activity or analysis or paralysis, and look into the center of your Self, what will you find? How do you feel as we suggest that you do this? Are you frightened? Nervous? Excited? Worried? Just notice how you react to the idea that you might look deeply inside yourself for you will get information about yourself from that reaction.

This process does not require a weekend retreat or even hours of meditation but it does require a commitment to be honest with yourself. Are you willing to make that commitment?

To start this process, do find some time when you can be alone, without the intrusive energy of others, and allow yourself to be in a relaxed state, maybe in an environment that is comfortable and conducive to reflection. Light a candle, and incense if you like, and allow your thoughts of busyness to float away from you as you claim this time for yourself. You will probably want to have some writing materials or a journal handy as you start.

Now get into a comfortable position, take a few deep breaths while you focus on becoming very relaxed. This is not for going to sleep but for going inside. Imagine that you are on a vacation where you have no responsibilities, no schedule, no place to be and you are on your own for the moment. Where are you? Look around you to see what your environment is. If you feel uncomfortable then move to another environment in your mind’s eye, for you are controlling this exercise.

When you are feeling relaxed and comfortable then start to ask yourself, ‘Who am I?’ and notice your answers to that question. After each answer, ask again, ‘Who am I?’ This may sound strange or humorous at first, but each time you ask yourself this question you will go a little bit more deeply into your essence. ‘Who am I?’ Ask again and be curious about your next response. ‘Who am I?’ You might start to find that you are no longer defining yourself in relationships to others. ‘Who am I?’ You might be going back in time to what was in you as a child or at birth. ‘Who am I?’ By now you might be thinking of yourself in an abstract way, using nebulous language to describe yourself. ‘Who am I?’ Ask again, and you will be starting to get to your essence, your core.

Continue in this way until you cannot ask the question anymore because it doesn’t make sense to differentiate yourself from all of Life.

What was your path to your essence? Are you now trying to analyze or predict what you would say if you tried this exercise? Are you feeling as if you don’t need to do this because you already know yourself so well? No judgments here, just notice and be curious.

There are many ways to go inside and this is just one path but it is a good one to try to start the process of self-examination. When you feel complete with the exercise for this moment, then allow yourself to gently return to your body in the room you started in and come back to your space. Journal about the experience and how you felt along the way.

Try doing this on multiple occasions and see if you travel down different paths to the same place or the same path to different destinations.

And remember that you are The Light. Any time that you feel you are in the dark it is merely because you have turned your back on The Light that is inside you. Look inside to find The Light that is always burning brightly there.

And so it is.

I love this image!  Life often seems like a whirlwind and we forget that WE are at the exact center of that whirlwind.  Pause.  Breathe.  Let go and relax, if only for a moment.  Put yourself fully in that moment, letting go of past and future, regrets and worries, and just BE in that calm moment in the middle of the whirlwind of your life.  Love yourself in that moment.  All of the moments after that will be influenced by your moment of calm!

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “Love Yourself”

Dear Ones,

Be filled with the spirit of Love!  Love yourself.  Love the people around you. Love your Life.  Love the lessons that each day brings.  Make a decision to BE LOVE in the world.  Choose to spread the energy of Love.

Notice that we started with the charge to ‘Love yourself’ for all Love flows from Self-Love.  Make sure that you have dealt with any resistance that comes up for you when you hear that admonition.  ‘Love yourself’ is sometimes taken to mean that you must ignore other people or be self-ish in your dealings with them but we would tell you that loving yourself is the most loving thing that you can do for others.

If you would give until you are depleted of energy then you have nothing to give to the next person who might be in need.  If, on the other hand, you always take care of and love yourself, then your well will be full when you are truly needed to help others.  This is not self-ish.  This kind of self-love is the kind that allows you to be the most loving individual to others.

When your energy starts to flag, if you find yourself catching illnesses or seeming to be depleted or even depressed, ask yourself how you have been deficient in loving yourself.  Do you need to do something drastic to take care of yourself?  Sometimes this might take the form of a private retreat or vacation so that you can replenish your energetic connection to your True Self Within.  Sometimes it is as simple as an hour’s meditation or a long soak in a hot tub.  Do you need to work with someone to uncover your emotional needs?  Then make the appointment.  Do you need to start journaling?  Then make time in every day to do just that.

Perhaps you are just needing to get a good’s night sleep but other responsibilities are keeping you from that.  Decide what it would take to give that to yourself, such as spending a night or two away from home so that you can truly relax from responsibility, and then give that to yourself.

You know, deep inside yourself, what you are most yearning for.  Self-Love is deciding to give that to yourself.  Taking care of yourself and your inner needs is a part of realizing your mission on Planet Earth.  You came to the Planet to be an individual with a purpose to fulfill.  You cannot fulfill that purpose if your energy is spent on other endeavors.  Fill yourself up with the energy that you need.  Plan your day, your week, your month around making sure that you do not deplete your energy.  Eat, exercise, sleep, meditate, journal, take walks in Nature, listen to uplifting music, engage in a creative activity that feeds your inner being.  All of these should be a part of your daily life.  If you are putting off even one of these then examine your priorities.  Are you waiting for your schedule to free up some time so that you can do these things?  That will never happen if you are waiting for some external permission to include these activities.  Are you delaying because you feel over burdened with taking care of others? Then ask if your taking care of them is allowing them to blossom into their highest manifesting of Spirit energy on the Planet.  Also ask yourself if you have blocks or fears about stepping into the greatness that is yours to manifest in your lifetime.

Really, seriously examine your life and your priorities.  You must use every day of your life to further your personal growth.  If you keep putting off this work then look at the excuses you give yourself.

Today, as you read these words, make a commitment to yourself that you will start to look at your schedule with an eye to making sure that you are loving yourself first.  Program the rest of your time around those activities that feed your Inner Spirit.  The ‘you’ that develops from making this commitment will be the most loving, giving ‘you’ that you could ever offer to others!

And so it is.

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “Let your Feelings be your Teachers!”

Dear Ones,

Do you have sadness in your life at this time?  Are you feeling sad or do you know someone who is sad?  We would have you examine sadness in your life for the lessons contained there.

There are many reasons that a person feels sad and identifying a source of sadness is important in learning what the lessons are.  Are you sad because a friend is ill or dying?  Are you sad because things are not working out the way you had wanted?  Might you be feeling sad because you have lost something or someone?

Sadness usually accompanies the grief of a loss in one’s life – the loss of a friendship, a job, a financial situation, or a dream.  Most often the loss is the loss of what might have been.  Have you lost a pet recently?  Pets are the models for humans of unconditional love.  When one loses a pet one loses unconditional love that might have been there for that pet owner.  Has a relationship ended – through divorce or death or a parting of the ways?  Have you moved to a new home and lost the connections, the familiarity that you once had?

Think of sadness and loss and grief in your life as doorways to personal growth.  When you lose something that you value you are given a chance to move through a doorway into something new.  If you are feeling sad because you feel lack or a feeling of ‘if only things were different’ then look around you to see ways in which you are missing what IS present in that moment.  Sadness can sometimes take you away from gratitude for what is available to you but sadness should never be ignored.

Western culture sometimes does not allow people to sufficiently experience their grief, their sadness about a loss.  When someone dies, the workplace often expects a person to ‘buck up’, grieve for 3 days, and then return to work as if their loved one hadn’t just departed.  Human feelings go beyond the 3 day window allotted to them.  Grief is not something that can be expunged because society is uncomfortable with it.  Sadness is not weakness.  These feelings are very real, and very important to one who is on a path of personal growth.

Allowing yourself to feel your feelings, to be in touch with what is truly going on inside you, allows you to make informed choices about your life.  If you try to choose only those feelings that are socially acceptable you do yourself and your journey of personal growth a disservice.  Right now, in this moment, give yourself permission to feel what it is that you are feeling.  Can you get in touch with your inner self enough to know what you feel?  This is an important exercise in growth.

Women and men who decide on a public persona, carefully crafted to project a certain image, may be doing a disservice to themselves by sometimes denying their feelings and refusing to examine those feelings for the lessons that are there.  Is this how you operate?

Feel what you are feeling and stay with that feeling until it reveals to you what you can learn from it.  Are you feeling grief about a loss?  Stay with that feeling of grief so that you can move into the energy and then, ultimately, through it.  Are you sad?  Are you angry?  Are you frustrated?  Are you feeling something that the world around you is uncomfortable with?  Then find a way to process that emotion so that you can learn from it.

Journal.  Meditate.  Speak with someone else about it like a friend, confidant, counselor.  Write a letter to yourself from that feeling.  What does the feeling want you to know?  You might want to create a ritual around your feelings so that you can preserve the learnings while letting go of the necessity of holding onto or stuffing/hiding those feelings.

Allow whatever you are feeling to be a teacher for you.  When you have learned the lesson you will no longer need to hold onto the feeling.  Now is the time to do the work to feel the feeling and grow from it!
