Holding a tiny baby in your arms does help you to get your priorities straight. You KNOW what’s important. I hope that you have that clarity for yourself.

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Keep It Simple
November 14, 2014 — RosemaryWhat really matters might not be what seems to be the most urgent thing on your to-do list. How often do you start the day prioritizing what is most important that you do today and then something interrupts your plans and the to-do list goes out the window?
It could be a call from school that your child is sick, or your Mom is going to the ER, or the dog is hit by a car. I hope that none of these things happens to you, but, if something like this occurs, your response is to drop everything and see to your loved one, right?
What if you STARTED with that priority?
This is what I mean by ‘Keep It Simple.’
Start with what really matters to you in your life. Are you struggling with a job or business or career that is not feeding your soul? Do you feel that you are just settling for your life instead of living it with great verve and excitement? Are your relationships satisfying and stimulating or are they feeling flat or possibly even toxic?
Do you do a lot of things because you feel you ‘should’ or you ‘have to’ but they don’t bring delight to your days?
Well, you now have permission to change all of that.
You were born to live a soul purpose that includes constant growth and personal evolution. You are here on Planet Earth to make a difference. There are other souls who are looking to you to help them learn their lessons.
And the most important energy in the world is the energy of LOVE.
What do you LOVE? Who is it that you LOVE? What do you LOVE to do?
Let LOVE drive your to-do list. Focus on what is important to your soul, to your purpose, to your heart. Don’t wait for an emergency to arrive to show you where your priorities lie. Make a conscious choice that you will focus on what really matters and put LOVE at the top of the list.
Do you feel obligated to postpone a lot of satisfying activities until all the ‘shoulds’ are out of the way? Maybe it is the other way around. Maybe you ‘should’ do what is satisfying so that you have more energy to bring to what is left on your to-do list. Do what makes your soul sing and you will have plenty of time and energy for the other tasks.
And your soul will be singing!
The energy of taking care of a ‘should’ that you don’t really want to do is a contracted energy that tightens you up. The energy of doing something that you LOVE is expansive energy that spreads the LOVE around.
How do you want to spend your day? Contracted or expanded and spreading LOVE energy wherever you are?
Keep it simple. Choose LOVE. Focus on what really matters and it becomes very simple to choose.

Remember The Law of Remembering – Richard’s Commentary
November 12, 2014 — RichardThe Mystic Message published by Rosemary last Friday was a powerful one, as we might expect from The Sirius Mystery Temple Teachers. This “Law” can be applied to everything, from the three-dimensional fragment of the Universe we think we live in, to our expanded and expanding Consciousness, our “memory” of who we really are!
Here’s the crux of the teaching:
…remember that you are One with the Universe and that all that exists, exists in you. All dimensions are within your Consciousness. All that you seek is already existing within you.
THIS is The Law of Remembering.
And:
Consciousness is the essence energy of the Universe. The attracting force that brings together parts of Potential Energy with other parts is called ‘LOVE Energy.’ It is not that the attraction is the result of a wish to fill a void. It is, rather, that the Potential Energy is so full of LOVE that it wishes to express as Manifest Energy and it, therefore, creates Manifestation Energy to do so.
This is not a simplified view of the “reality” of this Universe we occupy! But it is a real view, or as “real” as we can get with our still very limited understanding of the deep physics behind the “reality.”
For an excellent presentation of this very subject go see “Interstellar” – the movie that was just released last week. Rosemary channeled the message from The Sirius Mystery Temple Teachers the middle of last week. We published the blog post on Friday morning, November 7. We went to see the movie yesterday, November 10 at a local theater and we were blown away!
“Interstellar” is a dystopian tale of an environmental disaster that is destroying humanity through the destruction of the food chain. A small, secret group of NASA “refugees” are working on a way to save at least a remnant of humanity by going off-world. The beauty of the movie is the science behind it. It is as much up-to-date as any movie in my recent memory, includes excellent teachings in relativity, quantum mechanics, time-bending and what might be possible in space-warped interstellar travel!
But here’s the kicker: everything presented in the movie was extraordinarily in-line with Rosemary’s channeled message! We were both in awe as we watched the unfolding drama. And the movie is so well done, from cinematography to special effect to the sound track to the science.
AND, they addressed LOVE as a force intricately involved in the creation and evolution of the Universe!

It’s November – less than 2 months left in the year 2014. Do you know where your year went?
Someone reported the November 6 Full Moon as ‘a doozy!’ Was it so for you? Are you ready to learn on the Taurus – Scorpio continuum? Think Ferdinand the Bull meets the Scorpion who is transforming into the Eagle. Where are you along that spectrum?
Time to let go of whatever is keeping you from soaring as the Eagle!
It seems that people are already getting into holiday mode so make sure you are putting self-love on your agenda for the next couple of months! Find healthy recipes, schedule some fun but not exhausting activities, block off ‘me time’ on your calendar now and don’t let every day get filled by other people and their agendas.
Now is the time to start thinking about 2015. This is the first year that I have used a Possibilities Playbook and I am loving it! I’m hearing the same report from the others who have attended a Possibilities Playshop this year. Not only is it fun to gather in a group to create or update your personal Playbook, it’s also a great way to clear away the next layer of blocks and create the next big dream so that your 2015 Possibilities can be realized. ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Remember The Law of Remembering
November 7, 2014 — RosemaryI recently channeled a message from The Sirius Mystery Temple Teachers who frequently teach me about the Cosmos and the Dimensions. This message is very powerful as we work to understand our place in the Cosmos, our Potential and the Possibilities waiting to manifest.
From The Sirius Mystery Temple Teachers:
“Let us show you what manifestation truly is.
There are many who speak of The Law of Attraction but that is not what they are really teaching. They are teaching The Law of Reaching For, or The Law of Not Having.
We would have you consider living by The Law of Finding/of Having/of Knowing of the Existence of That Which You Seek.
When you seek something to attract, you energetically set up a void that is waiting to be filled. You must first consider what you don’t have and want before you can start operating The Law of Attraction. This sends out a vibration of emptiness and lack.
Instead, remember that you are One with the Universe and that all that exists exists in you. All dimensions are within your Consciousness. All that you seek is already existing within you.
THIS is The Law of Remembering.
The entire Universe existed in the moment of the Big Bang. Potential Energy transmuted into Manifestation Energy into Manifest Energy. EVERYTHING that was, is, or will be already exists in one of these forms of energy, including you.
Consciousness is the essence energy of the Universe. Nowhere in this process is there the existence of Lack. There is only Potential Energy, Manifestation Energy, and Manifest Energy. Everything that exists has been LOVE’d into existence.
If you feel a sense of Lack in your life it is because you have forgotten your place in the Universe AS the Universe. You have, temporarily, believed the lie that you can be a separate consciousness within the Dimension of Consciousness, which is the entire Universe.
You are simultaneously existing in the Space-Time Continuum of dimensions and BEING all dimensions. You are aware of a tiny portion of Manifest Energy and, yet, you are also ALL of Manifest Energy.
There is no work for you to do to attract that which you believe that you lack. You must remember WHO YOU ARE so that you can expand your awareness to encompass that which you believe you lack.
Remember, everything that ever was, is or will be already exists in the Universe. All the energy of the Universe is expanding energy. If you feel yourself contracting then you are spending your Life Energy fighting against the expansive energy that is the Universe that you are.
Relax into Expansion.
Remember that you ARE the Universe.
Remember to Remember.
It Is So.”

Mystic Messages 
Keep it Simple – Richard’s Commentary
November 19, 2014 — RichardI was finishing up the week’s laundry just now and found a single tiny gray sock in the dryer. Tristan was reaching out to say “hi” to me! Yes, Tristan and his parents are back in LA after a wonderful weeklong visit with us here on the east coast. But he is still here too, his little fingers wrapped tightly in our heartstrings!
As grandparents it is certainly easy, very simple, to be in love with a three-month old grandson. For the week he was here he was the priority. Our world revolved around him and the to-do lists were forgotten.
What if every week was like this? Why can’t they be?
This is the point of Rosemary’s message – they can be! It is a matter of choice.
Here’s her key point:
Let LOVE drive your to-do list. Focus on what is important to your soul, to your purpose, to your heart. Don’t wait for an emergency to arrive to show you where your priorities lie. Make a conscious choice that you will focus on what really matters and put LOVE at the top of the list.
Last week with Tristan here, love dictated our to-do lists. Today he “dropped his sock” in my life to remind me how well last week flowed. Oh, we got everything done: we had a good time with the visitors, got the Friday MuseLetter out on time, threw a birthday party for our daughter-in-law Friday evening. And our son when leaving for the airport said he checked off everything on his list he wanted to do during the visit!
Yes, it is easy to love a grandchild, to put them first on the list and make choices that are always in their best interest. This approach can be applied to everything in life with a bit of focus.
Can we make our to-do lists while focusing on love? That is not always easy. There are things that we “should” do, even “must” do that are difficult to love. I don’t love taking the garbage and recycling out to the curb every Sunday night. But I do find myself shifting my thoughts to keeping the house clear and smelling good for my family; chore turns to act of love in a small way. Who loves filing their taxes every year? But I do shift my attention to this chore as part of running our shared business, which I do love.
Shift the focus, change the intention, look to the deeper purpose in each task on the to-do list and find a way to love it. This is the heart of Rosemary’s message.
Keep it simple. Choose LOVE. Focus on what really matters and it becomes very simple to choose.
And I would add: find something to love in the chores that must be done.
It is that simple!
