THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “What Needs to be Restructured in Your Life?”

Dear Ones,

It is time for each of you to decide what it is that you are going to do to assist Mother Earth in the coming transformations that she must undergo. Are you tuned into and aware of the shifts that are happening on Planet Earth at this time?

Many have asked about the energies of 2012, sometimes with fear and trepidation about what is coming. We would tell you that you have nothing to fear. The shifts that are about to happen have already begun in three-dimensional reality. People are starting to feel the shifts even if they don’t know how to talk about them or can’t quite describe what they are feeling. Many people are reacting to the shifts as if they are afraid of what is happening but what they are afraid of is change.

For some the changes coming will be changes in the amount of power they are able to exert over others. These changes require the toppling of some empires that have been built upon the backs of those who toil to support the structure but who are not able to be recompensed at a level commensurate with their contribution. Some structures that have endured for a long time will no longer be able to function as they have because there is more Light entering the world and they operate in darkness.

You will see throughout the times that people and organizations and, indeed, even cities, towns and government structures, will shift in big ways. Some will topple and some will morph into new forms. The cities that are clinging to the ways of darkness will no longer be able to operate. The government structures that do not support all of the people, especially those who have the least power, will become reversed as all people will be finding ’empowerment’ that comes from within, instead of giving over their power to someone external to them.

So what does this mean to you, Dear Ones? You must be the ones who find that your source of empowerment is the Light Within. Get in touch with your Soul’s purpose and live it – today! Ask yourself how your Life reflects the reason you incarnated on Planet Earth in these times.

Many of you are fretting about finances or jobs or relationships, but are you BEING in the fullness of your humanity? Some of you pay attention to the news and are disheartened or disturbed, but the news is the reporting of events with a commentary to try to get you to think a certain way about those events. This is not about YOU.

What is important to you? Have you done a values assessment lately? Do you know what your highest values are and are you prepared to live those? Or are you succumbing to worry about that which is not the most important part of your Life and allowing the important things to diminish in your attention?

Take some time to list the important values in your Life and then look at your schedule to see if you are devoting a proportional amount of time to those high values. Shifting your thinking about this will help you to understand that you are not a victim of events in the news. You are a person of the Light. Shine that Light in your Life on what really matters. The rest will sort itself out according to your personal value structure.

While other entities topple or restructure, the only one over which you have total control is your own Life. Make the choices that support your purpose. Listen to your inner guidance. And if some area of your Life is not what you desire, then make the changes that you can make, firstly in your thinking about where your empowerment is sourced and then in whatever external circumstances that you can change.

This is YOUR Life. Live it in the Light and be the shining Light that radiates from within you!

And So It Is!

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “What IS Self-Realization?”

Dear Ones,

Self-Realization is the manifestation of the greatest potential of an individual human being on Planet Earth. The Self-Realized person LIVES as the Soul. Their Personality has surrendered to the Soul in all things.

The journey to Self-Realization is a long one – lifetimes of Conscious Living. But in the 21st Century there are many who are on this journey and who are helping others along the way.

How do you know if you have achieved Self-Realization? There is no question, Dear Ones, for you will know.

As Self-Realization becomes a clear goal for you, there are several steps you must take to move closer to that goal.

The first is a strong commitment to living a Conscious Life. You must be aware of what you are doing, thinking and believing at all times. You must be conscious of where your own issues lie – what ‘blind spots’ do you have? What do you not know, or not admit, that you don’t know? What choices are you making in your Life and do they come from a clear connection to your Soul?

The second is to develop a strong connection to and trust in your own intuition. Are you being guided by others without testing that guidance against your own inner wisdom? Or are you always pausing to listen to your inner voice before you choose which action to take? Do you receive intuitive messages but then question whether you can trust them or analyze your way out of following the guidance?

The next step is to regularly disconnect from the outer world so that you can clear your thoughts and energies from the pollution of the world around you. Start each day with meditation, a check-in with your inner guidance, about your day. Do not make this check-in just about what you are to DO but ask who you are to BE. When you give yourself permission to break away from the energies of the outer world, even for a short period, you enhance your Soul connection and move in the direction of Self-Realization.

It is also important that you have some time for creative expression each day, for expressing yourself creatively is how you channel Divine Energy into the world around you. This does not mean that you must spend all day painting or composing music, but it does mean that you are to find a way to create something new each day – ideas, systems, food dishes, relationships, expressions of your feelings, thoughts, beliefs. Allow each day to draw from you something creative and you will be moving in the direction of Self-Realization.

And, finally, you must be an active participant in your Spiritual Journey. You must input uplifting thoughts, ideas, music, activities so that you are keeping your vibrational level at the energy of the Soul, working to avoid the darkness of low energy vibrations. For some this means eschewing activities or relationships that are not spiritually uplifting. For some this may mean moving away from a dark city, to some other place in the world that has more Light.

Ultimately every choice in Life must be for the Light and away from the darkness. When this is achieved, a person becomes one with the Light and is Self-Realized.

And so it is.

MUSE-INGS: We’ve All Been Waiting for You! by Rosemary Bredeson

So many people seem to be struggling with Life these days and this message tells us that we need to focus our energies on living our Life Purpose.

It’s true.

Struggles come from a conflict within us about how the world works and what our role is in that world.  Sometimes it’s just a shift in attitude that can help us get into a more comfortable stance within a situation that hasn’t changed.  And sometimes shifting our beliefs can bring solutions into clear view that were totally obscured before then.

I remember my mother saying that she was ‘too old to change’ but then she ‘changed my attitude.’  Actually, that’s the place where real change takes place:  in our attitude, our beliefs, our thoughts.

More and more of the clients I am working with are perplexed about their life purpose and they seem to be seeking confirmation of what they have been feeling but maybe not believing or understanding.  I find that often a simple change in perspective can help someone make a profound shift in their life and how they feel about that life.  Is that where you are?

And are you the one who is making the decisions about the direction of your life or are you allowing someone else to make those decisions for you?  It is time to take control of your life and you start with examining beliefs and thought patterns so that you can consciously align with your life purpose.

Do you feel you have an understanding of why you are on Planet Earth and who you are here to be?  Do you regularly spend time asking yourself about the important aspects of your life or are you waiting for some date in the future before you do that introspection?

The Divine Feminine are telling us that the time is now for us to show up to our lifetime lessons because others have been waiting for us.  No more delays.  No more procrastination.

People’s stories are making the news reports because they are learning or not learning their lessons.  Disasters happen.  People leave the planet in large numbers.  Life can change in an instant.  The time is now to step fully into the agreement you have with your soul group – to be who you incarnated to be.

Step up to the greatness you have within you.  You are a part of the Light of the Universe.  No longer will you be allowed to keep that Light hidden in the shadows.  Shine.  Shine brightly so that all may see that you are here in the fullness of your inner beauty and outward brightness.

We’ve all been waiting for you to shift into the shining Light that is your essence.  Shed that which blocks your Light from our view.  BE the Light in the World that we have been waiting for.

Thank you!

MUSE-INGS: What are your ‘old pajamas’? by Rosemary Bredeson

That dirty lens can really distort what we see!

So many of our experiences seem to hang around with us.  Have you ever talked to someone who was clinging to some story from the past, telling it over and over but never seeming to be able to move beyond it?  I think some people in support groups like to tell their story over and over because it allows them to continue to think of themselves as a victim and they don’t see their way clearly beyond that state.

Or do you know someone who is ‘not talking to’ someone else because of something that happened years or even decades ago?  And isn’t it laughable when they can’t even remember exactly why they made that decision but they’re sticking to it?  We trip ourselves up this way all the time.  We cling to something from the past until it is like a pair of old pajamas, comfy but probably so ragged it should be relegated to the rag pile.

Why are we so ready to stay with the comfort of the familiar even when it isn’t truly that comfortable?  We do it all the time.  We choose the familiar when we have a choice because we know what it feels like and the ‘new’ has an unknown quality about it that might be worse than what we know.  How are you doing this in your Life today?  What is the ‘old pajamas’ in your Life that you are holding onto beyond its useful time?

In a literal sense, mine is an old [at least 25 years old!] Redskins nightshirt.  You can probably read the New York Times through it but it’s my comfort choice.  What’s your metaphorical Redskins nightshirt?

When I work with some clients, they are amazed at the ideas that are clouding the lens through which they are looking at Life.  We make decisions about what to believe when we are little children and those decisions continue to shape the way we see ourselves and our lives.  We relate to our families and friends and co-workers and we take in, at an unconscious level, what we perceive to be their attitudes toward us.  We may not even be correct in these assessments but we make decisions based on these mind-reads and they continue to have an emotional impact on us.  And we do not understand what is going on at the level of the unconscious mind if we don’t shine a light there and examine it.

Spend some time asking yourself if you have any ‘old pajamas’ in your Life.  What are you clinging to, what story or belief or thought about yourself, are you holding onto because it is familiar, even though it may not be in your highest good to continue to hold it?  The answer can be startling.  I’ve seen people remember something that happened when they were 5 or 7 or 11 that has colored how they see themselves since that time but they were unaware of that influence.  You might have relationship or business or spiritual issues that are stemming from some belief that you have held in your unconscious mind for most of your Life that you didn’t realize was at work on your emotions and your decisions in the present day.

Take a look around the closet of your mind and decide what you are ready to relegate to the rag pile.  Get some help with this if you need it.  ‘Old pajamas’ don’t need to be the only ones you wear!

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “Is your lens dirty?”

Dear Ones,

We are seeing many people who are excited about the new energy of this time but others are struggling with the old baggage of emotional drains that they are carrying with them.  The future cannot look bright when seen through the dirty lens of all the old emotions, energies, hurts and disappointments.  If you identify yourself as one who is looking ahead through a lens from the past, then resolve to clear that lens and choose to look at your future in The Light.

The way that you perceive your Life, past, present and future, is a choice that you are constantly making.  Are you focused on disappointments?  You will bring those from the past into your present and future as you look at your Life.  Do you spend a lot of time thinking about things that have gone wrong?  You will be seeking that which could go wrong in the present or the future.

Or do you think about, dwell on, remember the good things that you have experienced?  The times you have enjoyed love and laughter and fun?  Do you focus your attention on the people that you have enjoyed or that you are enjoying today?  Do you remind yourself that you are loved into existence by a Universe that wants to support you?  When you think about uplifting ideas, remembrances or thoughts you actually lift your own vibration with The Light.  And you are always choosing where to focus your attention.

In every moment you decide where you will place your attention and your focus.  Even if you have a natural tendency to focus on the dark or what is not right or what could go wrong, you make a choice whether or not to follow that inclination.  Decide now that you will consciously choose to focus on where The Light is shining the brightest in this moment.  Make that decision and you will start to notice that there is always Light around you.  Even in your darkest moments, when it seems as if there is no Light shining anywhere, there is always a glimmer of Light to be found if you but search for it.

Think about the image of a dirty lens through which you are looking at your Life.  What will it take for you to clean that lens today so that you can see a brighter future?  What can you do in this moment to notice that The Light is with you right now?  Why would you or anyone choose to dim The Light that is always shining?

That dirty lens was encrusted over time by experiences that you decided were uncomfortable or unhappy or wrong or unjust.  Your judgment created the dirt on that lens.  Every experience that you have had has carried with it a lesson for you to learn.  Every thing that you have gone through, every moment you have lived, has created the wonderful human being that you are today.  Every speck of dust on that lens has stayed there because you haven’t yet been ready to clean the lens and let it go.

Decide, right now, in this present moment, that you will look through a clean lens at what is before you, now and in every future moment.  Decide that you appreciate your Life Experiences for what they have taught you but that you do not need to carry them with you as a way of defining the present and the future.

All you have of your Life is this present moment.  Your past and your future exist in this moment only.  Limiting your perceptions by carrying the emotional residue of the past with you, or narrowing your perspective on the moments that are yet to exist because you choose not to see all possibilities, are choices that you CAN make, but do you really WANT to make those choices?

Choose to see The Light as it is presented to you in every moment.  Choose to see through a clear lens at the possibilities as they unfold before you.  Leave behind you that which does not serve you today.  Decide to Live in The Light.

You will love the energy there!

And so it is.

MUSE-INGS: “Who Am I, Really?” by Rosemary Bredeson

What a great exercise this is!  It is so easy to get disconnected from our essential self in our busy lives.  We move through the days without understanding motivations or deeper meanings and then we’re exhausted and only interested in getting enough rest to tackle another tiring day tomorrow.  But how important it is to hit the pause button in Life sometimes, to take a break from the running around, the supercharged and busy life that has us moving on only 2 speed options: full speed ahead or full stop.  Maybe the most important thing we can learn in these busy days is to take time to pause.

So how will you take the suggestion in the message today and apply it in your life?  Will you take time to do the exercise and get in touch with your essence?  Do you have some other method that you use to do exercises like this?

I don’t think the methodology is as important as the commitment to Self to take time to go inside and see what we find.  I had a major insight in a class where I was doing a mandala exercise, drawing something in a blank circle.  I looked at the circle on the paper and ‘saw’ the image of a pyramid that extended beyond the edge of the circle.  I colored outside the lines for the first time in my life!  It was tremendously freeing to give myself permission to do this.  To you this might be funny as you’ve always done this, but to someone who has always been a ‘color inside the lines’ kind of person, this is huge!

Some people start journaling and find that their hand almost has a mind of its own as it writes things that were never before revealed or disclosed on paper.  Others find art exercises or walks in nature or meditation experiences that unveil previously hidden parts of Self and create their own ‘aha’ moments.  What is your favorite way to gain insights into yourself?

Whatever method or methods you decide to use, make a choice today to give yourself some time for inner work, self reflection, in the near future.  Find the time, commit the time, make the arrangements and then keep that commitment.  You will be richly rewarded for doing an exercise in getting in touch with your essence.

And this is not something that you just do once.  Commit to doing this more than once.  What frequency feels good to you?  Is this something you want to do once a week for awhile?  Every day?  Once a month on the Full or New Moon?  Ask yourself what feels most beneficial for you and then put the time on your calendar and allow yourself to follow through.

What other questions would you like to ask?  These exercises often lead us to asking other questions when we feel as if we are stuck or are hitting a wall.  When you feel something going on ask yourself, ‘What is behind this?’ and then ‘What is behind this?’ again until you feel that you have reached the real center point.

In tense situations the question might be, ‘What is this?’  Keep asking the same question until the energy shifts.

Come up with your own process, your own questions, and see what happens.  All you need is a few moments of your time and a curious mind/heart.

‘Who Am I?’ is a good place to start!

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “Who am I?”

Dear Ones,

How often do you drill down to the core of your being to examine what truly exists there? Are you a person who lives on the surface of life or do you linger in the depths of emotions but avoid the in-depth analysis of who you truly are, your essence, in the center of your being?Let us help you today to examine your essence.

Many of you live in a busy life that leaves you little time to ponder the meaning of events, feelings, your life. Many others of you spend a lot of time pondering your life, or what’s missing in your life, and you avoid or put off actually living your life to its fullest. And some are trying to do both and feeling paralyzed by life. How do you interact with your life and yourself in your life?

If you can pause in your busy life, whether it is filled with activity or analysis or paralysis, and look into the center of your Self, what will you find? How do you feel as we suggest that you do this? Are you frightened? Nervous? Excited? Worried? Just notice how you react to the idea that you might look deeply inside yourself for you will get information about yourself from that reaction.

This process does not require a weekend retreat or even hours of meditation but it does require a commitment to be honest with yourself. Are you willing to make that commitment?

To start this process, do find some time when you can be alone, without the intrusive energy of others, and allow yourself to be in a relaxed state, maybe in an environment that is comfortable and conducive to reflection. Light a candle, and incense if you like, and allow your thoughts of busyness to float away from you as you claim this time for yourself. You will probably want to have some writing materials or a journal handy as you start.

Now get into a comfortable position, take a few deep breaths while you focus on becoming very relaxed. This is not for going to sleep but for going inside. Imagine that you are on a vacation where you have no responsibilities, no schedule, no place to be and you are on your own for the moment. Where are you? Look around you to see what your environment is. If you feel uncomfortable then move to another environment in your mind’s eye, for you are controlling this exercise.

When you are feeling relaxed and comfortable then start to ask yourself, ‘Who am I?’ and notice your answers to that question. After each answer, ask again, ‘Who am I?’ This may sound strange or humorous at first, but each time you ask yourself this question you will go a little bit more deeply into your essence. ‘Who am I?’ Ask again and be curious about your next response. ‘Who am I?’ You might start to find that you are no longer defining yourself in relationships to others. ‘Who am I?’ You might be going back in time to what was in you as a child or at birth. ‘Who am I?’ By now you might be thinking of yourself in an abstract way, using nebulous language to describe yourself. ‘Who am I?’ Ask again, and you will be starting to get to your essence, your core.

Continue in this way until you cannot ask the question anymore because it doesn’t make sense to differentiate yourself from all of Life.

What was your path to your essence? Are you now trying to analyze or predict what you would say if you tried this exercise? Are you feeling as if you don’t need to do this because you already know yourself so well? No judgments here, just notice and be curious.

There are many ways to go inside and this is just one path but it is a good one to try to start the process of self-examination. When you feel complete with the exercise for this moment, then allow yourself to gently return to your body in the room you started in and come back to your space. Journal about the experience and how you felt along the way.

Try doing this on multiple occasions and see if you travel down different paths to the same place or the same path to different destinations.

And remember that you are The Light. Any time that you feel you are in the dark it is merely because you have turned your back on The Light that is inside you. Look inside to find The Light that is always burning brightly there.

And so it is.

MUSE-INGS: “Seek the Light in the Dark Feelings” by Rosemary Bredeson

Sadness?  Grief?  Loss?  Who wants to think about those things?

But, if we are committed to living a Conscious Life, then we must be aware of our feelings for they do represent important guidance for us along the path of personal growth.  How comfortable are you with those feelings in yourself? How about in another person?  Is it hard for you to experience another’s grief or sadness and really be present to them when they are feeling those feelings?

I know it can be hard to stay with what is uncomfortable but that great growth is the blessing in learning to do this.  There is always Light on the other side of that which appears to be darkness.  The Light is in there somewhere.  Searching for the Light requires that sometimes we must make peace with the darkness.  It is like allowing your eyes to become adjusted to the lack of light in a room. Once you have adapted, you can see far more than you could see initially.

It’s the same with feelings that we might be tempted to judge as ‘dark.’  When you stay with that feeling, keeping your eyes open and seeking what is available within the feeling to help you grow, you will become immersed enough for your vision to clear and show you the lesson.

A good friend will be present with you when you are feeling these feelings.  A really good friend will hold you in a healing space and help you to stay in the feeling long enough to learn the lesson.  The temptation to joke or lighten up the mood takes us away from the honesty of what we are feeling.  And honesty is the necessary quality in order that we might go deeply enough into our feeling to learn the lesson that lies there.

Can you give yourself permission to be honest with yourself?  Can you suspend judging yourself and those around you for feeling what feelings are coming up?  Learning to recognize feelings and to work with them becomes a part of the process of personal growth.  A very important part.

Feelings emerge from a place deep within us.  Often feelings look as if they are about something going on around us at a particular time.  But sometimes those feelings are attached to something from the past and we are fooled into thinking that they belong in the present moment.  If you have suffered a hurt in the past and something arises that brings up that past hurt, you might be tempted to react as if the past and the present events have merged into one.  This can increase the feelings so that they are no longer appropriate for that one moment.

Losing someone can be linked, in the unconscious mind, to previous experiences of abandonment and the feelings of loss can be increased because of this linkage.  Becoming conscious of the source and depth of our feelings puts on in a place where we can be effective in learning from the entire experience.  If we know that there might be something in the past that is still begging for our attention so we can learn the lesson then we owe it to our self and to our personal growth to stay with that feeling until the lesson is revealed.

But all of this does not mean that we must wallow in sad feelings and cling to them while ignoring the life around us.  As in all things, we must find balance in our lives.  Clinging to feelings without doing the processes of working with the feelings, learning the lessons, is a form of self-centeredness that can drive people away from us.  Feeling the feelings, working with them, moving forward in our personal growth – this is the path with the most reward.  For when we choose to actually DO the work of growth then we can move through and beyond the feelings that we are feeling.  It is in refusing to do the work that we become stuck.

Decide today to choose growth over being stuck in your feelings!

THIS WEEK’S MYSTIC MESSAGE from The Divine Feminine: “What is the energy of your group?”

Dear Ones,

When people gather together there is a new energetic created from the energies that each person brings with them.  Have you ever been in a group and felt one kind of energy and then moved to another group and felt another kind of energy?  This differential is created by the coming together of the individuals’ energies when the people interact.

Knowing that every group you interact with is creating an energy pattern by that interaction should stimulate your awareness of the energies that you participate in.  Examine how it feels when you are in the groups that you normally connect with.  How do YOU feel when in those groups?  Does it feel supportive? Calm? Energizing? Debilitating? Scary?  Sometimes one person can take control of the energy of a group and drag it into a direction over which the others have no control, and this doesn’t mean that that one person is necessarily the one who is doing all the talking.

Next time you are in a group, start to notice who is setting the energy pattern for the group and how does it feel for you.  Are you in a business meeting?  Notice who is setting the tone, the energy for the meeting.  Is it the speaker or is someone else in the room creating an energy?  What about a family gathering?  Next time your family is together, notice who sets the energy pattern for the family.  It might be the most silent of the members but everyone else is responding to their energy field.  Notice your social group the next time you are together.  What is the energy of this group, especially when they are relaxed?

Living a Conscious Life invites you to become aware of the energies around you at all times.  In examining the energies of groups, you must also look at your contribution to that group energy – are you participating?  What kind of energy are you putting into that group?  How are you feeling?  Are you holding back and letting others set the energy?  You are always at choice when it comes to the energies in a group.  You can put out the energy of the Light or you can hold all of your Light inside yourself.  You can join in with an energy that you might or might not resonate with or you can distance yourself from the group and the group’s energy.  In some cases, a group dynamic can shift with time and, while at one time you felt that you did resonate with the group energy, it has drifted away from an energy that you feel is compatible with yours.  This indicates that it is time for you to reconsider whether or not you wish to remain a part of that group.

Be proactive about examining the groups to which you belong.  Pay attention to the energies of the groups.  Many groups are shifting their energies at this time and you must stay conscious of the shifts if you are to get the most support from the groups of which you are a participant.  Family dynamics can change over time, too.  Be aware of the dynamics in your own family, or your extended or adopted families, and examine the energies as they exist in the present moment, not influenced by what has happened in the past.  Do you notice that people in the family seem to be holding onto patterns from the past without allowing themselves or others to grow beyond those old patterns?  Are people continuing to bring up events from the distant past so that those old energies become reignited in the present?  This can be a pattern in families, particularly those that don’t get together often and the holidays can often bring up old energies that have not been completely dealt with by the parties.

Make sure that you are living fully present to the moment.  Allow the past to be in the past.  Allow those events that have not yet taken place to exist outside the present moment and interact with others with the energies of the Now.  Pay attention to how you perceive the energies of any group that you find yourself in.  Ask yourself if this energy supports your personal growth, and if the answer is ‘no’ then remove yourself from the group, even if the group numbers only 2 people.  Protect your own energetic space.

And so it is.

MUSE-INGS: Positive Thoughts Bring Light into Your Day!

Call me a ‘Pollyanna’ but I do like to look at the bright side of things.  And I like the idea of making the first thought of the day a positive one.  Imagine that your day is like a page in a coloring book, waiting for you to pick up the crayons and fill in the colors.  What colors would you like to be there for you today?  Now think what it would be like if the only color you could use was the gray crayon – no sunlight yellow, no bright pink, no reds, blues or greens – just gray.  Wouldn’t you want to pull the covers back up over your head?

YOU create the box of crayons and the vibrations with which you color your day.  Which color will you choose?  Which positive thought do you want to focus your first energy of the day on?  Use these ideas as tools to lift your own vibration.  Go to bed with the thought that you will wake with something positive on your mind.  Remember that your unconscious mind doesn’t judge what you are picturing because it can’t tell the difference between the pictures you make up and the ones you really see with your eyes.  Why not make up some pictures of how you want things to work out for you today instead of making pictures of what you don’t want?  Let your unconscious mind store away the pictures of what you do want and it will work for you to make those happen.

This energy is at work whether you are conscious of it or not.  Knowing that you are attracting that on which you are placing your attention, wouldn’t you want to focus on something positive?  I’ve heard people question the Law of Attraction but that Law is at work whether you are consciously using it or not.  Think about it.  How many people do you know who have talked about some fear of an unwanted occurrence only to have that very thing materialize?  These people then say, “I always [lose, have a problem with X, don’t get what I want, etc.].”  They are then specifically energizing what they don’t want for the next time!

Become the one who can always see the positive side of whatever is going on.  Choose positive thoughts for the first thing in the morning.  Catch yourself speaking the negative thoughts that flit through your mind and move on to positive ones.  If you still struggle with something positive to think about, visualize something that feels good to you.  Consider decorating your bedroom so that the first thing you see every morning is something that makes you feel good.  Perhaps a picture of a loved one or a flower.  Maybe it’s your favorite painting or sculpture or work of art.  It could be as simple as having the window curtain open so you can look outside as you awaken to enjoy the beauty of nature.

Create your morning ritual around being conscious of thinking positive thoughts for the day.  The moments when you are just emerging from sleep are the most creative moments of your day – make use of these moments to bring the high vibration of creative energy to what you start your day thinking about.  If you have problems to solve, keep yourself in the creative mode rather than dropping down into suffering and victimhood.  You have control over these thoughts.  Steer them downstream so that you can go with the flow.  If you start your day focusing on negative thoughts, it will become harder for you to lift yourself up later in the day.
