I’ve been on a mini-retreat with Richard this Memorial Day weekend…not far here in Annapolis, just across the Severn River. It’s been a quiet and yet productive time away from the normal routine. I invite you all to take time for yourself to re-treat, re-group, re-juvenate, re-cover, re-create!

After my re-treating, here’s where you can find me over the next few weeks:

***A Community  of Transformation (ACT)***
Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 2:00 to 4:00 pm EST, Arnold, Maryland.

The June meeting is sure to be a special one: our 1st Annual Commmunity Connect Event. Both ACT members and non-members will showcase their talents and offerings through the afternoon. The event will be held at Temple Beth Shalom, Arnold, MD.

***Qigong with Richard***
Mondays, beginning June 3, 2013, 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Severna Park.

I will be taking Richard’s 8-week class and also doing the video work for it. Join me for this wonderful approach to body movement and meditation; the ancient Chinese martial artform of Qigong. It is a gentle yet very effective body practice that is easy to learn and do, anywhere.

We’ll be at Heck Hall, part of the St Martin’s-in-the-Field Episcopal Church campus, 375 Benfield Road, Severna Park, MD 21146.

***A Conversation with The Other Side***
Friday, June 14, 2013, in Annapolis and online.

I am offering a Conversation in Annapolis for both local guests and anyone who can join us online by phone or video conference. Are you ready for guidance from The Other Side? Do you want to talk to a loved one who has crossed over? Maybe an ancestor has some information for you! Join me for this live event. Get the details and register on my website:
