Mystic Messages

Wow!  It’s hard to believe that it’s almost August already!  We’ve been doing some traveling and, as usual, have more on the books.  Last week in LA was magnificent!  I attended Ali Brown’s Coaching Business Intensive and then we celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary at Geoffrey’s in Malibu with a spectacular seaside dinner.  After a weekend in Marina del Rey, playing with our son and daughter-in-law, we got to see Angie perform in the Second City show, ‘Newstradamus’ – a must see if you are in the LA area!  Lots of laughs!

So now it’s back to work, planning our Fall offerings and back to the Sunday Celebrations [at 11:00 AM at the Center for Powerful Living in Colorado Springs every Sunday] and the Spiritual Exploration Group on the first Monday of the month at Little Nepal Restaurant.  On August 2nd we’ll be learning about Numerology and working out our own guidance from this ancient science.  If you’re in Colorado Springs, please join us at 6:30 PM for a wonderful dinner and ‘discussion, not dogma’!

Greetings from beautiful Southern California!  Just finished up Ali Brown’s Coaching Business Intensive in LA and got some great ideas for moving forward with group coaching programs.  Stay tuned for the new offerings coming this Fall!

Pay attention to Sunday’s Full Moon as this one might affect some of you pretty strongly.  The Sun has moved into fiery Leo and the Moon will be opposite in Aquarius.  You might feel the urge to leap into new things and Aquarius is asking you to consider carefully what the impact of that leap will be.  You can leap, and you might need to leap even further than you thought, after you look at consequences and opportunities.  Enjoy the Full Moon at 7:37 pm MDT!

August is a good time to schedule a private session to clear out the cobwebs and get ready for the new ‘school’ year.  Even if you don’t have kids at home returning to school, this is the time of year that can feel like ‘school’ for adults, a time to look around and decide what needs to be learned or let go of.  A Personal Power Strategy Session can help you create your personalized roadmap for the work you need to do in the near future.  Scheduling now for mid and late August appointments.

Greetings from a very hot Dallas, Texas!  I am attending the eWomenNetwork Conference and enjoying connecting with entrepreneurial women (and a few men) from all over North America.  What amazing people are creating successful businesses and everyone here is helping others to realize their dreams!  It’s inspirational and energizing.

I hope that you are doing something this week that energizes you.  Are you taking a vacation?  Starting something new?  Traveling?  Creating?  Having fun with the kids?  Whatever you choose to do this week, make sure that you are building your energy, not allowing it to drain away.

My next stop is Los Angeles where I will be visiting for a week, attending Ali Brown’s ‘Coaching Business Intensive’ and then celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and playing in SoCal.  No matter how hard you work, sometimes ‘play time’ becomes more important! How will you play this week?

Hot summer days are upon us!  And for those of you in the Eastern US, it’s very hot!  Hope your air conditioning is operational!

We’ve had a wonderful time with visiting daughter and grandkids and are ready to get back to work.  Lots of new things coming up this Fall so please stay tuned.  The book, This Year: Live a Conscious Life, is coming along and we hope to have more about that soon.  The Academy of A New Alliance is shaping up with new course offerings to start this September/October.  If there is a particular subject that you would like to see on the course list, please contact me at rosemary@TheScientificMystic.com with your suggestions.  So far, it looks as if we’ll start with Metaphysics 101, an introduction to metaphysical topics like the chakra system, astrology, numerology, and other dimensions.  We’ll also be offering Hypnosis for Healers: How to lead guided meditations with your clients/patients/groups.  A full course schedule will be available next month.

Happy holiday!  For our friends in the US this is the 4th of July weekend, celebrating Independence Day.  We teased our visitors from the UK about their being in the States for the day we Yanks celebrate kicking them out!  I hope you and your family have a fun-filled, perfect weather holiday weekend.

We’re enjoying the visitors who are with us now – our daughter and grandchildren drove out from Maryland [with their big dog!] and it’s been fun to be ‘Grandma Mimi’ for awhile.  The Colorado weather has been magnificent and the kids are enjoying playing outside without worrying about East Coast humidity.

I’m taking a break from offering Conversations with The Other Side until after summer festivities and travel are over.  I’ll let you know when we resume in the Fall.

Enjoy this powerful Full Moon on June 26th with a lunar eclipse thrown into the mix!  This energy always awakens us to changes we must make in our lives.  Do some introspection so that you can assimilate this energy this weekend.  And notice how you feel – can you detect the energy of this celestial event?  Whether you feel something or not, be careful because others might be unconsciously reacting to the energy and be more accident-prone or testy.  Notice how the children in your life react to this kind of energy, too.  It’s always interesting!

After a lovely visit with our friends from the UK and a brief trip to New Mexico, I’m back in Colorado Springs to enjoy a visit from our daughter and grandkids who are driving out from Maryland.  I’ll be playing ‘Grandma Mimi’ and loving every minute of it!

Happy Summer!  It’s official here in the Northern Hemisphere where Monday, June 21st is the Summer Solstice.  The Sun enters Cancer at 5:28 AM Mountain Time.  This is the longest day of the year and the shortest night.  What will you do with so much daylight on Monday?  If you’re in Colorado Springs, we’ll be celebrating the longest day at the Sunday Celebration at the Center for Powerful Living with a potluck luncheon afterwards.  Please join us at 11:00 AM Sunday, June 20th, as we celebrate Summer!

This Sunday is also Fathers’ Day in the US.  Congratulations to all fathers!  Remember that it’s not just your biological father that we celebrate but also those who have been like a father to you, especially the wise men who have guided you in your life.

We’ve just received our first delivery of produce from the Community Supported Agriculture [CSA] Grant Family Farms.  We love doing this!  During the winter, we purchase a share in the farm, which gives the farmer up-front capital to invest.  Then during the growing season we receive our share of the harvest each week.  It’s great to support small, natural/organic farmers so that we can eat healthy foods instead of mass-produced or processed products.  Support your local farmers’ markets or join a CSA.  No matter how you get your food, enjoy the local crops while the sun shines!
