Just finished the MPC retreat

And it was excellent! On Tuesday we spent much of the day master-minding in small groups with consultation from Ali and James along the way. What an awesome group of women to share with, learn from and offer my unique blend of gifts in return!

In the afternoon I was fortunate to be invited into the “hot seat” with these powerful mentors. It’s hot up there because they put you in the spotlight to shine a bright light into every nook and cranny of the business. And I got some fabulous advice on next steps and tweaks to make! Perhaps my biggest “ah-ha” is that I don’t have to wait until the house sells and we get through the move to California! I can move now into a temporary place to begin building the business here; and I’ll let Richard handle things in Colorado! Brilliant!
