Mystic Messages

This week the Ezine looks a little different. (See the blog posts on Monday and Tuesday. Or you can subscribe at www.TheScientificMystic.com.)  I’ve been led to share with you a dream I had recently.  It was very powerful.

Have you had dreams like that, the ones where you wake up just knowing that there’s a deeper meaning for you when you examine the dream?  Do you know how to help yourself remember your dreams?  Would you like to learn about discovering the message in your dreams?

There’s no place like home!  Hello from sunny Colorado where I am actually sleeping in my own bed for a change.  It’s been wonderful to have the opportunity to do so many great things, like attend seminars and spend time in the mountains with our kids, but there really is nothing quite as nice as being at home, with my ‘things’ [like my beloved baby grand piano!] and with hubby, Richard, and Lhasa Apso, Tara.  I’ll be on the road again soon but, for now, it’s nice to be home.

I’m writing this as the Full Moon is hitting us and, although beautiful, it feels like a whopper!  [Full Moon occurs at 1:36 AM Mountain Time on Friday, February 18th]   Driving has been weird for the last couple of days and will continue to be so for 3 days after the Full Moon, so please drive consciously on the roads.  Relax into peripheral vision while you drive and at stop signs/red lights and you can become aware and alert to movement.  Great technique for defensive driving!

Back in LA at the James Malinchak seminar – loving the weather here [in the 70s] when it was below zero yesterday in Colorado Springs as I let the dog out in the morning [notice that Mom didn’t go outside with Tara!].  I think I’m getting used to the idea of moving to LA eventually!

Full Moon next Friday, February 18th, so be prepared for the effects to start 3 days beforehand.  If drivers have a problem with Full Moon energy and there are a few snowflakes the situation could get tricky, so be cautious on the roads.

Be bold and adventurous this week! The time for timidity is past.  Get out into the World and do what you came to Earth to do. Be who you incarnated to be.  Smile a lot!

Greetings from a lovely sunny LA!  I hope everyone in the snowy places is doing all right and staying warm!  We’re headed back to Colorado Springs Friday but I come back to LA on the 9^th.  Already feels like home!  No snow to shovel!

Happy Chinese New Year!  And I hope you celebrated all the February 2^nd holidays:  Imbolc [in the Southern Hemisphere it’s Lammas!], Candlemas, Groundhog Day [Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow!] and New Moon.  It was also our half-birthday since we both have birthdays on August 2^nd.  Take time to celebrate SOMETHING whenever you can.

It’s nice to be back in LA. I’m attending Baeth Davis’ Claim Your Spotlight Program with a fabulous group of women who are looking to expand their experience of stepping into the spotlight of sharing their gifts.  It is a wonderful blessing to be surrounded by intelligent, caring people who are committed to manifesting their Life Purpose in the world.

Next week we’ll be at Marina Del Rey for Ali Brown’s coaching retreat.  All of my clients benefit from all of the coaching I am receiving because I share what I learn that can help them.  I hope you are stretching yourself and working on your own growth all the time.  That’s what we are put on Earth to do – learn lessons and grow in consciousness. This week holds a Full Moon in Cancer on Wednesday so get ready to let go of whatever isn’t serving your highest good.  Have you wanted to clear the clutter at home or in your office?  This is a good week to put on some music, light a candle and go through that stuff that you don’t need.  Old energy can hold you back from growth.  Get rid of it!  You might even want to clean out your car.  Make room for clear, bright new energy to come into your life!

Happy New Year 2011!  How exciting it is to be in the energy of newness!  Everybody seems to be looking forward to great things in this New Year.  I hope you are feeling optimistic, too, as there are some very supportive energies coming in.

We’ve already had a New Moon and a Solar Eclipse [Jan. 4] this year.  This will be a busy year for many and the focus for the year is to zero in on What Really Matters.  January is a great time to examine our daily lives and to see if our values are being reflected in our calendars.  Are we spending time on that which we value the most?  Take your calendar for 2011 and program in some time for reflection before the days, weeks and months fill themselves in with activities.  Commit to honoring that scheduled reflection time.  You’ll be happy you did when you sing ‘Auld Lang Syne’ for 2012!

If you’ve noticed that our calendar has shifted, we are no longer doing the Sunday Celebrations in Colorado Springs but are looking at ways to reach out to more people with messages and meditations so stay tuned for some exciting new offerings.  We will continue to lead the Spiritual Exploration Group on the first Monday of the month so plan to join us for Discussion, not Dogma!

Happy New Year! We’re heading back to Colorado to start 2011 in our own home after a wonderful holiday with the Maryland family.  Fun times with 3 generations!  One thing about being a grandparent is that you get to play with some awesome toys!  And we have been blessed with awesome grandkids, too!

I hope that you have enjoyed friends and family and love, laughter and fun over your holidays as we have during our visit to Maryland.  Now it is time to plan for the coming year and move into who we are to be in 2011.

Merry Christmas! It’s Christmas Eve and I wish you all the joy and peace of this wonderful season.  We’ve been celebrating since that amazing Winter Solstice on the 21^st, complete with the Full Moon and the Lunar Eclipse.  I hope you had a chance to experience the eclipse in the early morning hours [at least in our part of the world] of the 21^st .  It was quite a spectacular event.  We watched with telescope and binoculars as the huge moon, directly overhead, was covered with the Earth’s shadow.  At totality the Moon glowed with a red-orange light that was truly amazing.  How exciting to witness this event during the longest night of the year!  I was humbled to think of the early humans and how they must have felt observing something like this without all the years of scientific research from hundreds of years of astrologers and astronomers, and without the internet to share details galore.  There was even a website where you could watch NASA cameras in real time as the eclipse unfolded.  This was certainly a great way to start the celebrating of Christmas and the ending/beginning of a year!

We are in Maryland with family and taking some time to take care of ourselves and relax.  Today we listened to some Hannukah songs as well as Christmas carols.  It’s nice to remember that many traditions are celebrating at this time of year and we honor them all.  May this season remind us that tolerance, acceptance of differences, is the only road to peace on Earth.
