***Unlocking the Mysteries of Intuition***
Thursday Evenings, November 7 and 14, at 7:00 to 8:30 pm Eastern, Severna Park, MD

Rosemary is beginning a whole new series of classes on Unlocking the Mysteries on the first and second Thursdays of each month. The classes will go from 7:00 to 8:30 pm both nights.

The first class is in November and we’ll be exploring Intuition. The class will be interactive with lots of hands-on, experiential projects. We will be going deep with this class! There’s lots more detail on my website.

Classes will be held at 503 Evergreen Road, Severna Park, Maryland 21146. You may want to reserve your seat early as space is limited.

***Qigong with Richard*** 
Monday Evenings Through November, Severna Park, MD

Richard is beginning a new set of classes Monday evenings through November. He is teaching Level 1 Form and Five-Element Form Qigong. I’m there to practice the forms too. Monday evenings, 7:00 to 8:00 pm. Join me for this wonderful approach to body movement and meditation: the ancient Chinese martial art-form of Qigong. It is a gentle yet very effective body practice that is easy to learn and do, anywhere. Join the class anytime; give it a try for free!
