Just coming down from and still processing the incredible message and information I channeled this past Saturday evening during Satsang with Rosemary. It was a great event! Monday Evenings Through November, Severna Park, MD

Richard is offering classes Monday evenings through November. He is teaching Level 1 Form and Five-Element Form Qigong. I’m there to practice the forms too. Monday evenings, 7:00 to 8:00 pm. Join me for this wonderful approach to body movement and meditation: the ancient Chinese martial art-form of Qigong.
