Today I’m weathering the snow in Maryland! It’s nice to be safely tucked in at home with plenty of supplies and watch the heavy snow fall! Winter clings to the last and I take this as a sign to continue the inward journey to really settle on those about to bud plans for Spring and Summer!

WHERE’S ROSEMARY?

I am just coming down from a fabulous “playshop” I conducted this past Saturday. Now I get to implement my own “guidebook for 2014.” We all worked on our guidebooks as a group; now they will not only guide us, but we will keep them updated as our lives unfold! The event was so successful I plan to make it an annual affair.

Meanwhile I’m moving on with my book and my networking activities are slowing a bit while I focus on that! Hope to see you when we can meet up!

Monday Evenings in July, August and September, Severna Park.

I am taking Richard’s continuing class Monday evenings, 7:00 to 8:00 pm through September. Join me for this wonderful approach to body movement and meditation; the ancient Chinese martial art-form of Qigong. It is a gentle yet very effective body practice that is easy to learn and do, anywhere. Join the class anytime; give it a try for free!

Richard and I are going to Trenton for this year’s celebration with Sri Karunamayi as she is honored during this Full Moon festival. Karunamayi, affectionately known as Amma (Mother), visits the US annually and celebrates this holiday in various cities as part of her tour. Trenton is close enough for us to join this incredible celebration of the Guru!
