***Qigong with Richard***
Monday Evenings in August and September, Severna Park.

Richard starts a new class Monday evening, August 5. He will be teaching Five-Element Form Qigong the next eight weeks. I’ll be there to video the class and do the form too. Monday evenings, 7:00 to 8:00 pm through September. Join me for this wonderful approach to body movement and meditation: the ancient Chinese martial art-form of Qigong. It is a gentle yet very effective body practice that is easy to learn and do, anywhere. Join the class anytime; give it a try for free!

We’ll be at Heck Hall, part of the St Martin’s-in-the-Field Episcopal Church campus, 375 Benfield Road, Severna Park, MD 21146.

We have the the truck for three more days of moving and consolidating all our stuff under one roof. And I already have plans for classes and gatherings in our new space, the Center for A New Alliance!

Fridays beginning January 18, 2013 at 10:00 am EST! Also presented online for your convenience.

Bridget Hughes, Licensed Acupuncture Practioner and Qigong Instructor begins a new series of classes: Get Your Spontaneous Healing On! She will be teaching on the following topics: An Inquiry into Radical Health, Qigong – Moving Meditation, Food Healing, and Reverse Disease Using Latest Research. The class is available in person in Severna Park, Maryland, and anywhere in the world through online video instruction!
