Spring! I’ve been talking about Spring every week lately but I love the energy of this time of year. There’s such vibrancy in the air. Even when it snowed recently it was one of those delicious snows that melts quickly into the grass and brings with it the promise of a green lawn soon. I’m still waiting for the flowers to start blossoming here in Colorado but have already had a taste of Spring – cherry blossoms, forsythia, daffodils – over Easter in Maryland. I get to enjoy 2 Springs this year as it will arrive here soon!
I hope you are enjoying the energy where you are. Are you ‘down under’ and getting ready for Autumn, my other favorite season? Wherever you live, this is a good time to examine where you are in your life and what changes you feel will support your growth at this time. Are you ready to release something that no longer serves you? Are you thinking about making some changes in your work or where you live? Notice that there is a New Moon on Wednesday April 14th that invites you to spend the first few days of the week getting rid of the old and then inviting in the new with the energies of the New Moon.
This is a great time to go on retreat, literally or figuratively, and hit the pause button on frantic activity so that you can assess where you are currently. I often have clients schedule sessions at this time of year as a ‘tune-up’ to check in with spiritual guidance about where they are going for the rest of the year and also to work across several sessions to clear the old and gain clarity about the new.
