There wouldn’t be any dire circumstances from allowing ourselves to be, to take a break from activity and hustle and bustle for no reason other than to enjoy ourselves. There would be no negative repercussions from sitting down and relaxing with the knowledge that we are comfortable with who we are and what we want. In other words, we don’t have to feel bad about feeling good!”

I highly recommend finding some time to just ‘be’! You might have to do as I’ve done and leave the house for a couple of days so that you’re not distracted by all the projects waiting for you to complete them. Or go to your local coffee shop, have a cup of [fill in the blank with your favorite beverage] and look off into space, watch the people walking by on the street, read a trashy novel. Of course, if you can get away to meditate and walk in nature you’ll benefit even more, but the exercise doesn’t have to take money or much time. Just give yourself the gift of time to just ‘be’!
