Dear Ones,
We would ask you to look into your heart to see what is residing there in these days when so many feel their role in the world is to judge others, or that others have more than they have, or that they are not ‘good enough’ according to someone else’s standards. Sweet ones, you are so loved that it pains us to watch you suffer because of what you believe about yourself or your role on Planet Earth at this time.
When others have made things more complicated for you stop and ask yourself if this complication is in alignment with why your soul chose to incarnate at this time in your Planet’s history. Were you put on Planet Earth to handle this complication of another’s making or were you put there to be of service to the evolution of human consciousness in the 21st Century? Are you busy ‘putting out fires’ that have been started by other people until you are too exhausted to examine your own heart’s desires and the needs of your Soul for your spiritual progress?
If you have even an inkling that you might be jumping around because others have placed your feet onto hot coals, then we would say to you, “Jump off the hot coals onto the cool ground next to them!” Too often in your world people are dictating to you what you must believe or how you should act or what is ‘truth’ according to their own agendas. And sometimes you have a sense in your own being that this ‘truth’ isn’t resonating with a part of you but you feel too weak to stretch against the bounds that tie you to other people’s instructions or beliefs or truths. We ask you now to wake up to the truth that is available to you within your own Self. Other people do not know why you have come to Planet Earth in this lifetime nor do they know what it is that your Soul wishes you to learn. Only you can figure out the answers for yourself and the place to start looking is deep within yourself.
Have you ever stopped in your tracks and asked yourself WHY you believe something? You might surprise yourself if the answer to this question is, “Because someone told me it was true.” It is naïve to think that every person who has told you something has given you an absolute truth for there are too many people who have an agenda that is counter to your own spiritual growth. And there are many people who believe that something is an absolute truth merely because they have been told it by someone else.
Humankind is moving toward an enlightened consciousness precisely because thinking people have asked themselves the question, “Why do I believe this?” Scientists demand some sort of proof. Some religious people won’t even ask the question. Most thinkers ask a secondary question, which is, “Do I have a good reason to believe this?” And those who are spiritual explorers ask how it feels inside themselves when they try on an idea like trying on clothes. Each of you meeting these words has a place inside that is a place of inner knowing, where you can connect to Source and examine yourself and your beliefs. If some thought or belief does not resonate for you, connect to this place within, through meditation or the practice of silence or simply focusing on your breath for a few moments, and see if you can feel the resonance or discord that a particular belief causes in your inner being. Learning to experience this and recognize the feeling will help you to discard those notions that do not serve your Soul’s growth and your spiritual progress. Practice asking yourself, “WHY do I believe this?” and see if you don’t find some beliefs that no longer serve your spiritual growth.
This, Dear Ones, will help you progress on your journey. This practice will also help you to become more generous toward others who don’t agree with you because you will see that they, too, are on a spiritual path of learning and they, too, have much still to learn. Each individual is learning their lessons at their own pace and no two lesson plans are identical. It is important to keep growing, however, so keep questioning for it is the questions that lead you toward a place of greater wisdom and knowledge.
