MYSTIC MESSAGE: Channeled from The Divine Feminine

Dear Ones,

We are disturbed that so many of you are suffering fear and anxiety about things over which you have no control.  Please do not succumb to worry because there are people trying to control you through fear!  Let us help you figure out where your power lies.

When someone wants to control you they try to tip you off balance, get you to forget that you have power within yourself.  We would tell you that you are strong, stronger than the worries that others are attempting to press on you from the outside. Your strength comes from your inner connection to the Divine Energy that is within all living beings.  Each of you has a power center in your body, located just below your navel.  If you put your hands on that space you will bring the energy to that place and you will become so steady that no one can tip you off balance.  No one can take that power center out of you.  It is always there and always accessible.

Fear is Forgetting Energy Available Readily.  Those who would control you know how easy it is to forget your inner source of strength and energy.  But we want you to practice remembering it.  Put your hand on your power center and feel the strength within you.  Think of how solidly you can stand on your own two feet.  Bring your awareness to something within you we are telling you is called your ‘power center’ and create a feeling, a picture, an energy that reminds you that it is there.  Think of something that represents strength to you and place this image, in whatever form works for you, into your own power center so that later you can recall your own innate strength.

Keep this image available and bring it to mind whenever you are feeling tilted off balance.  Try this week to see if remembering that you have inner power helps you to deal with a difficult situation.

Others might tell you to eliminate hearing the news but we would tell you to eliminate attachment to the news.  It is difficult to avoid the stories of the day as other people will be discussing them.  But you do not need to attach energy to these stories, nor do you need to invest your emotions into them.  Allow the news to pass through you without becoming attached to the events of the day.  See if this practice does not increase your feelings of inner power.

After you have learned to practice ‘non-attachment’ to news items, practice this with other information that comes to you.  Ultimately you will be able to practice this with personal news that is very emotional for you.  When you can practice non-attachment to things that are important to you personally you will be living a conscious life.

And so it is.
