Dear Ones, we are wanting to let you know that the heart is not as fragile as you believe it to be!

Many people guard their hearts as if they were gold bullion, solid and impervious to hurt by sheer force of their will. Your heart is born beating and flexible and open to all the love in the world. Circumstances teach you that sometimes you will feel pain in your heart when others make choices that hurt you. For most the response is to build a wall around their heart so that the energy of hurt cannot cause more pain to them. For others they make a decision to believe that they are not worthy of love, that there is no one who will love them as much as they desire to be loved and so they shut down their hearts and decide not to give love, in case they are hurt in the giving that is not returned.

We would tell you that there is always more love to give and to receive and that building walls around your heart prevents the flow of love that is the healthiest state for a human heart to inhabit. We are not talking just about romantic love but about that essential love that wishes for the good of another, that is selfless and that is appreciative. Romantic love flows from this essential love.

When you concentrate on giving love and being open to receiving love, you can find love in the places you might least suspect to find it. Lovingly giving something to a homeless person or a child can open you to receiving a smile of appreciation, a hug filled with love. Taking care of someone in need, visiting the sick, helping an old or infirm parent, giving a fun experience to a child ? all of these are opportunities to give love and to receive love in return. But if you have built a wall around your heart, your generosity will come from a place that is ego, not filled with love. And you will be denying yourself the opportunity to receive love.

Try interacting with others from a place of open heartedness. Give love without expectation and allow yourself to be open to receiving love. You will find that there is great satisfaction in this and that you will be happier when you are not spending your energy in maintaining walls around your heart. Spend your energy sharing love on a two-way street!

We wish to welcome you to our internet voice.  We are The Divine Feminine, existing in The Feminine Realm, a dimension beyond your own.  Our purpose in communicating with you is to help humanity in its evolution of consciousness toward a more realized being.

Many of you have been crippled with a fear of expanding your horizons beyond those that you were taught as a child.  Please understand that your teachers of old were teaching what they had been taught but for you, now, to cling to those old beliefs does not serve the evolution of human consciousness.  You are Beings of Light at your very core.  There are those who would keep you from understanding this because they wish to control you through your thoughts.  Please allow yourself to be the expanded Being of Light that you truly are and you will live your life on Earth correspondingly.

The times today are fraught with things that can generate fear in people everywhere on Earth.  We would tell you, however, that fear does not generate a response that helps humanity to grow.  This is why people who would assume power would keep you in fear – so that you would not challenge their power by having a greater understanding.  When you feel fear, assess for yourself whether there is really anything to fear or if this is a construction of others who wish to have you powerless and controllable.  If there is something about which you have genuine fear, then ask yourself what you can do to take control of the situation.  Often the answer is to change your beliefs about the situation.  Use the reactionary fear to give yourself time to pause and reflect on your life in the moment.  How have you given away your power?  How can you reclaim it?  What is it that you are to change about your thinking and beliefs to dispel the fear?  Who can you turn to for assistance in this endeavor?

True power lies within one who is living their life purpose, the reason they are on the planet.  True power comes from believing that one is being exactly who they were meant to be in that moment.  True power also allows one to change oneself when one grows with more information, understanding and insight.  This is the kind of power that we wish for you to find within yourself today, the power that overcomes any fear.  And this kind of power allows you to trust that you will be taken care of in all that is presented to you as lessons.

No one is ever totally alone, although at times you may feel that that is so.  There are always angels, guides, wise ones to turn to when help is needed.  You have only to ask, open yourself to guidance, and to trust.

And so it is.
